Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the occurrence of an unexpected accident in an area between the building entry door to a residential house by using a set of portable transmitter, radio receiving device, and arrival display board. CONSTITUTION:When a home returner carrying a portable transmitter 2 approaches a building entry door 4 and sends out an identification wave 3 by means of, for instance, pushbutton operation, an antenna 5b in the neighborhood of the building entry door 4 detects the identification wave 3 and sends out an output signal to a control board 6. Since the control board 6 sends an unlocking signal to the building entry door 4 in response to the output signal received from the antenna 5b, the home returner can enter the building without using a key. Further, the control board 6 sends a detecting signal, in response to the identification wave received when receiving the output signal from the antenna 5b, to an identification device 7. The identification device 7 processes the detecting signal, generates a corresponding room signal, and displays it at a display device 10 on an arrival display panel 13 in the corresponding room 1. Thereby, a person who is in a corresponding residential room 1 is able to know from the display device 10 that the home returner has just passed the building entry door 4.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, when a returning person holding a portable transmitter 1 approaches the building layer 4 and transmits the identification wave 3 by operating a push button (not shown), the antenna 5 near the building layer 4
b detects the identification wave 3 and sends an antenna output signal to the air traffic control panel 6. Since the traffic control panel 6 sends an unlock signal to the building layer 4 in response to the output signal of the antenna 5b, the returnee can enter the building without necessarily using the key. Further, the air traffic control panel 6 sends a detection signal corresponding to the received identification wave when receiving the output signal from the antenna 5b to the identification device 7. The identification bag W7 processes the detection signal to generate a corresponding dwelling unit signal and displays this on the display 10 on the return home display panel 13 in the corresponding dwelling unit 1. At that time, those who are in dwelling unit 1 are displayed on display 1.
By displaying 0, it can be known that the person returning home has passed through the building layer 4. The indicator 10 indicating returning home may be of various structures, such as a ringing device or a combination of an image device and an audio device. When the display device 10 receives the corresponding dwelling unit signal, the display device 10 starts timing the alarm device 11 by, for example, energizing the timer 12. If the person returning home arrives at the corresponding dwelling unit 1 within a preset time and releases the alarm 11 automatically or manually, no alarm will be generated. However, if the alarm is not released, an alarm is generated after the set time has elapsed. The alarm may take the form of an audible alarm, such as an audible alarm, a visual alarm, such as an alarm light, or any other suitable form. This alarm allows those in the dwelling unit 1 to know that the returnee has encountered some kind of abnormality after passing through the building layer 4. Although the case of a person returning home has been described above, the same display and warning will be given to any person holding a similar portable transmitter 2 other than the person returning home. In this way, the objective of the present invention, which is to provide a "return home reporting system capable of detecting unexpected accidents after passing through a building layer and reaching a dwelling unit," is achieved.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to attempt to locate the holder of the portable transmitter 2 from the dwelling unit 1 side. For example, when the above-mentioned alarm occurs, if the search transmitter 21 placed in the residence is energized, identification waves will be emitted from the plurality of antennas 5a, 5b, etc. arranged with an interval S of less than twice the effective range of the identification waves 3. The search wave 20 can be transmitted with an effective reach distance comparable to that of 3. The antennas 5a, 5b, etc. are installed, for example, at the entrance of a parking lot, in a hall on each floor, in an elevator car, in a hallway, on a staircase, in a toilet, etc. When the transponder 23 built into the portable transmitter 2 senses the search wave 20 and responds thereto, the portable transmitter 2 sends out the identification wave 3. When any one of the plurality of antennas 5a, 5b, etc. detects the identification wave 3, the search receiver 24 generates a position signal of the detected antenna according to the output of that antenna. This position signal is applied by the identification device 7 to the position indicator 25 in the dwelling unit 1 which previously activated the detection transmitter 21, which position indicator 25 indicates the position of the detection antenna. An example of this position display is a numerical display using the antenna number of the detection antenna, or an analog display such as lighting on a panel indicating a group of antennas. If there is one detection antenna, the detection results can be limited to a narrow range, but if there are multiple detection antennas, the detection results will span a relatively wide range. This method using the detection transmitter 21 not only plays the role of so-called navigation that simply shows the current location of the person holding the portable transmitter 2, but also quickly locates sick people, elderly people, etc. who have not been able to escape in the event of an emergency such as a fire or earthquake. Also useful for rescue. In the case of rescue due to a delay in escape, it is desirable that the portable transmitter 2 can be easily operated by the person carrying the portable transmitter 2 to transmit an identification wave. In the above explanation, the example of opening and closing of building layer 4 was used, but
It is clear to those skilled in the art that the vehicle gate 28 such as a shutter in the parking lot 27 or a chain barrier gate can also be controlled by the control panel 6. Vehicle gate 28
The opening/closing is performed by a communication intercom 29, and it is also possible to incorporate the function of this intercom 29 into the return home notification system of the present invention. [Effects of the Invention] As described in detail above, the coming home notification system for an apartment complex according to the present invention uses a combination of a portable radio transmitter, a radio receiving device, and a coming home display panel, and therefore has the following effects. (b) It is possible to quickly detect unexpected accidents in parking lots, elevators, etc. between building levels and residential units, and take appropriate countermeasures. (b) It can also be used to rescue children and the elderly who are unable to escape during emergencies such as fires and earthquakes.
