Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily adjust characteristics of a high frequency circuit device by forming a closed loop in which both ends of a conductor of an air-core coil wound in an arc are twisted and by varying an inductance value depending on a degree of the twisting. CONSTITUTION:In a high frequency circuit device with an air-core coil 1 in which an insulation coated conductor la is wound in an arc mounted on a substrate 2, both ends of the conductor 1a of the air-core coil 1a wound in an arc are twisted to form a closed loop, while an inductance value is varied depending on a degree of the twisting to adjust characteristics of the high frequency circuit device. That is, the closed loop is formed by twisting both ends of the conductor 1a of the air-core coil 1 wound in an arc, whereby a twisted part L is not concerned with the inductance value to have the inductance of the air-core coil 1 reduced. Thus even in an electronic circuit device using an air-core coil with a low inductance value in which the number of windings is one turn or less, its characteristics can be easily adjusted.

て高周波特性を調整し所望の特性を得ている。
