第１図は、本考案の一例に係る濾過布の模式的
横断面図である。第２図は、第１図の濾過布の立
毛部に向かつて廃液が透過する場合の模式的横断
面図であり、第３図は、第１図の濾過布の編地部
から洗浄水を噴霧した場合の模式的横断面図であ
る。第４図は、本考案の一例に係る濾過布を製造
する場合の編組織図である。第５図は、ドラム式
濾過機の概略図であり、濾過布の一使用例を示し
たものである。 １……立毛部、２……編地部。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 編地部と、該編地部の片面に形成された立毛部
とよりなる編物であつて、該編物は下記(i)〜(iv
)の条件を満足することを特徴とする濾過布。 記 (i) 立毛部を構成する立毛繊維の繊度が５デニ
ール以下であること。 (ii) 立毛部を構成する立毛繊維の長さが１〜５
mmであること。 (iii) 立毛部を構成する立毛繊維の本数は６０
００本／cm2以上であること。 (iv) 編地部を構成する編目の数は３００ループ
／cm2以上であること。
