Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、冷蔵庫の扉体に関するものである。
（従来の技術） 従来の庫内が透視できる冷蔵庫の扉体は、例えば、実公
昭４７−９７２４号公報のもののように硝子板を使用し
たものがある。この種の従来の冷蔵庫の扉体について、
第２図により説明する。
同図において、扉体の透視窓は、複数枚の透明ガラス板
１を、その外周端を固定する固定用枠２と、外周端縁部
に挿入された間隔調整用スペーサ３とにより固定し、透
明ガラス板１の間に断熱用密閉空間４を形成したもので
ある。
透視窓を有する扉体は、上記の透視窓と、この透視窓の
固定用枠２が装着される開口部５ａを設けた外板５と、
内側の透明ガラス板］−に当接する開口部６ａを設けた
内板６と上記の外板５および内板６をその外周で固定す
る化粧枠７と、固定用枠２、外板５、内板６および化粧
枠７の間に充填した発泡ウレタン断熱材８と、上記の化
粧枠７の内側に装着した庫内シール用のガスケット９と
から構成されている。
（発明が解決しようとする課題） しかしながら、上記の構成では、透明ガラス板は、衝撃
強度が弱いため、組立工程時の移載の際に、衝撃を受け
ると破損するという問題があった。
本発明は、上記の問題を解決するもので、透明ガラス板
１が破損し難い冷蔵庫の扉体を提供するものである。
（課題を解決するための手段） 上記の課題を解決するため、本発明は、上記の外板５の
開口部５ａに透明プラスチック板を固定するものである
。
（作　用） 上記の構成により、外板５の開口部５ａに固定した透明
プラスチック板は、透明ガラス板１を保護するので、衝
撃による透明ガラス板の破損が防止される。
（実施例） 本発明の一実施例を第１図により説明する。
第１図は１本発明による冷蔵庫の扉体の要部平面断面図
で、本実施例が第２図に示した従来例と異なる点は、透
明窓の外側の透明ガラス板１の前面に、密着するように
、固定用枠２を利用して透明プラスチック板１０を固定
した点である。その他は従来例と変わらないので同じ構
成部品については、同一符号を付してその説明を省略す
る。
かかる構成を有する冷蔵庫の扉体は、耐衝撃性に優れ、
しかもガラス板および透明プラスチック板１０を通し、
庫内を透視することが可能である。
（発明の効果） 以上説明したように、本発明によれば、透明ガラス板の
外面に密着して固定した透明プラスチック板により、衝
撃による透明ガラス板破損が防止されるとともに、ガラ
ス板および透明プラスチック板を通し、庫内を透視する
ことができる。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）冷蔵庫の内部を透視するため、透明ガラス板を用
    いた扉体において、扉体の透明ガラス板の前面に透明プ
    ラスチック板を固定したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫の扉体
    。
  2. （２）複数枚の透明ガラス板の周縁にスペーサを挿入し
    、その外周を固定用枠で固定して上記の透明ガラス板の
    間に断熱用密閉空間を形成した透明窓と、上記の固定用
    枠により透明窓を固定する開口部を設けた外板と、上記
    の透明窓の内側透明ガラス板に当接する開口部を設けた
    内板と、上記の外板および内板をその外周で固定する化
    粧枠と、上記の固定用枠、外板、内板および化粧枠の間
    に充填された発泡断熱材と、上記の化粧枠に装着したガ
    スケットとからなる冷蔵庫の扉体において、上記の透明
    窓の外側透明ガラス板の前面に密着するように透明プラ
    スチック板を固定したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫の扉体。
