Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title paper halved in the amount of the waste paper for OA equipment by mutually laminating the used surfaces of two sheets of paper of same size and shape with each of the other surfaces unused into a renewed sheet of paper with both the surfaces unused. CONSTITUTION:Sheets of waste paper of same size and shape to be renewed are stored on halves in a pair of paper feed trays so as to be made uniform in such a manner that the used surfaces face oppositely to each other, and at least one part of the used surfaces is coated with a paste followed by insertion, or, taking advantage of static electricity, the shape of both the parts of the used surfaces are mutually set accurately followed by contact bonding through a pair of heated rolls followed by drying to effect mutually laminating the used surfaces of two sheets of paper of same shape and size with each of the other surfaces unused, thus obtaining the objective renewed waste paper with the unused surfaces as the renewed ones.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] With the spread of office automation equipment, a large amount of used waste paper is being discarded. The present invention relates to recycled waste paper that can be easily recycled and reused immediately at the site where it is generated without undergoing any process, and a method for producing the same.

Currently, most paper that is no longer needed is incinerated as industrial waste. Han's work is cut into small pieces and reused as memo paper. However, in recent years, due to the fact that incinerators are severely damaged because they burn at high temperatures, there is a growing awareness of protecting the forest resources from which the materials are made, and there are moves to regulate carbon dioxide emissions from incineration, some OA paper is being recycled. is being attempted. In reality, the price is not necessarily low because of the difficult deinking process, long recovery route, and the need to mix in virgin pulp to maintain strength. In fact, energy is used for transportation and drying processes in the intermediate process. However, there are few places that contribute to resource conservation.

Recycled waste paper has the basic technical configuration J mentioned in Section 2 above: By polishing the used surface and erasing written, printed, or copied parts, confidentiality can be thoroughly protected without changing the surface condition. The phenomenon of seeing through the background disappears. Also, paper becomes thinner and less strong, but since two sheets are pasted together, it actually becomes more durable.

Due to the basic technical configurations in Items 3, 4, 5, and 6 above, the recycled waste paper becomes linear, fine, dotted, etc., and the amount of glue is significantly reduced. Even if they are pasted together as is, the effect is similar to that of being cut with a shredder, and in most 10-20 documents, the characters on both sides overlap and are pasted together, making it difficult to decipher. In the case of polishing conditions, the confidentiality is naturally better than that of a shredder.

The method for manufacturing recycled waste paper is based on the basic technical configuration in Section 7 above.
Align the unused side of the waste paper in advance and put half of it into the upper paper feed tray, then turn the remaining half over and put the unused side down into the lower paper feed tray, and then load the paper from each tray. The paper is sent to a gluing process, where the used side of at least one of the papers is coated with glue, and the upper and lower papers are precisely aligned and pasted together using a pressure roller.

The manufacturing method for recycled waste paper is based on the basic technical structure described in Section 10 above. The unused sides of the waste paper are aligned in the same direction beforehand and placed in a paper feed tray. The paper is sent from the tray to the polishing or cutting process, and then the paper is processed using an abrasive buff or knife. After sanding or cutting, every other sheet of paper is passed through a reversing roller and turned over to send it to the gluing process, applying glue to the used side of at least one of the sheets and ensuring that the used sides of the two sheets are exactly aligned. Recycled waste paper by polishing or cutting the used sides of two sheets of paper of the same shape, one side of which is unused, and pasting the polished or cut sides together, with the unused side as the front and back sides. 3. Claims 1 and 3, in which the used surfaces of two sheets of paper are pasted together by applying glue in a number of parallel thin lines to the used surface of at least one sheet of paper. Recycled waste paper described in Section 2. 4. Recycled waste paper according to claims 1 and 2, in which a large number of parallel thin lines of double-sided adhesive tape are sandwiched between the used surfaces of two sheets of paper and pasted together. 5. Recycled waste paper according to claims 1 and 2, in which a hot-melt glue in the form of a network of fine lines is sandwiched between the used surfaces of two sheets of paper and bonded together by thermocompression. . 6. Claims 1 and 2, in which hot-melt glue distributed in the form of thin dots or thin lines is sandwiched between the used surfaces of two sheets of paper and bonded together by thermocompression. Recycled waste paper as described in section. 7. Store half of the waste paper of the same shape to be recycled in two pairs of paper feed trays with the used sides facing in opposite directions, and apply, insert, and attach glue to at least one used side. , or by attaching the used sides using static electricity, accurately matching the shapes of the used sides, pressing and drying them with a heated roll, and then pasting together the used sides of two sheets of paper of the same shape, one side of which is unused, to form the unused side. A method for producing recycled waste paper with two sides. 8. Store waste paper of the same shape to be recycled in a paper feed tray with the used sides aligned in the same direction, turn each sheet alternately with a roller so that they are front and back, and apply glue to at least one used side. , pasting together the used sides of two sheets of paper of the same shape, one side of which is unused, by inserting, attaching, or attaching them using static electricity, aligning the shapes of the used sides accurately, and pressing and drying them with a heated roller.
