BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in a commercial washing machine, a washing tub is formed into a cylindrical shape with a partition plate projecting therein, and is supported by a horizontal rotating shaft to rotate vertically. Therefore, the laundry is put into the washing tub together with the washing liquid, and as the washing tub rotates, the laundry is repeatedly lifted and dropped, thereby being rubbed and washed. However, laundry includes delicate clothing such as Japanese clothes and dresses made of thin fabric, and the above-mentioned washing method is undesirable because the conditions are harsh for such delicate clothing. Therefore, such clothes have been washed by an operator by hand washing them in a washing tub filled with washing liquid.

Problems that the invention aims to solve As mentioned above, washing delicate clothes was done manually by workers, but such work is a considerable burden on the workers, and the washing work Efficiency is also low. Therefore, a washing machine was developed that could wash delicate clothes by slowly rocking the washing tub, but it still requires human labor to transfer the clothes to the dehydrator, so it cannot be expected to improve work efficiency. . Furthermore, since it is necessary to separately provide a washing tub and a dehydrating tub, the washing machine tends to become larger.

Means for Solving the Problem A centrifugal dewatering tank in which a laundry storage chamber and a stirring chamber are partitioned with a bottom plate made of punched metal is supported by a cylindrical rotating shaft and connected to a drive source for rotation. The centrifugal deliquification is performed by forming a plate-shaped stirring means in which a large number of liquid passage holes are freely provided, and this stirring means is supported by a slide rod that passes through the inside of the rotating shaft and is connected to a drive source. It was placed in the stirring chamber of the tank so that it could move up and down.

How it works: Delicate clothes are washed in the same way as washing by hand, using the washing liquid that flows gently by the stirring means that moves up and down, and since the laundry is stored in the laundry storage room, only the washing liquid comes into contact with it. , which results in
No strong force is applied to the laundry, and
Since washing and deliquoring are substantially carried out in one tank, the washing and deliquoring operations can be carried out mechanically and continuously.

Embodiment A first embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 to 3. In this washing machine 1, a dewatering tank 3, which is a cylindrical centrifugal dehydrating tank made of punched metal or the like, is disposed inside a washing tub 2 which is open at the top. Here, this dehydration tank 3 is
It is supported by a hollow rotating shaft 6 attached to the bottom of the washing tub 2 via a water seal 4 and a ball bearing 5, and this rotating shaft 6 is connected to a motor 8 by a belt mechanism 7. It can be rotated freely. On the other hand, at the bottom of the dehydration tank 3, a rocking plate 10, which is a flat stirring means in which a large number of liquid passage holes 9 are formed, is disposed. here,
This rocking plate 10 is supported by a slide rod 13 passing through the rotating shaft 6 via a water seal 11 and a slide bearing 12, and this slide rod 13 is connected to a motor 15 via a crank mechanism 14. It can move up and down freely. Note that in this washing machine 1, the swing plate 10
is covered with a bottom plate 16 made of punched metal so that it does not come into contact with laundry (not shown) in the dehydration tank 3. That is, the dehydration tank 3 provided in the washing tub 2 has a bottom plate 16 that separates the laundry storage chamber from the stirring chamber.
is provided. Further, the washing tub 2 is provided with a water supply means and a drainage hole (both not shown).

In such a configuration, when washing with this washing machine 1, first, laundry and washing liquid 17 are put into the washing tub 2. Therefore, when the motor 15 is operated to drive the crank mechanism 14, the swing plate 10 is moved up and down via the slide rod 13. Then, the cleaning liquid 17 is continuously suctioned and compressed into the gap between the vertically moving swinging plate 10 and the washing tub 2, as shown in FIG. It flows like this. Therefore, the flowing washing liquid 17 allows the laundry to be washed gently, similar to washing by hand. Furthermore, in addition to the hand kneading water flow caused by the vertical movement of the rocking plate 10, by slowly rotating the dehydration tank 3 at the same time, a gentle rotating water flow is also generated, which improves the permeability of detergent into the clothes. It also prevents detergent from stagnation, allowing delicate laundry to be done more effectively in a shorter time.

Then, in this washing machine 1, rinsing is performed in the same manner as the above-mentioned washing, and the washing operation is completed, and the rinsing water is discharged from the drain hole. In the case of this rinsing as well, by slowly rotating the dehydration tank 3, a gentle rotating water flow is also generated at the same time, preventing the detergent from stagnation and rinsing out the detergent more quickly. After such rinsing, dehydration is continuously performed by, for example, mode switching. Then, the motor 8 is activated, the dehydration tank 3 is rotationally driven via the belt mechanism 7 and the rotation shaft 6, and the laundry is dehydrated by centrifugal force. In other words, it can be seen that with this washing machine 1, everything from washing to dehydration can be performed as a series of mechanical assembly operations.

In addition, since the rocking plate 10 and the dehydration tank 3 are each independent drive mechanisms, it is possible to reverse the rotation of the dehydration tank 3 and reverse the water flow at any time during washing or rinsing. , which can prevent clothes from getting tangled.

Effects of the invention As mentioned above, the present invention supports a centrifugal dewatering tank in which a laundry storage chamber and an agitation chamber are separated by a bottom plate made of punched metal and is supported by a cylindrical rotating shaft and is also used as a driving source. Connected and rotatably provided,
A plate-shaped stirring means is formed with a large number of liquid passage holes, and this stirring means is supported by a slide rod that passes through the inside of the rotating shaft and is connected to a drive source, so that the stirring chamber of the centrifugal liquid removal tank is moved. By arranging the washing machine so that it can move up and down, delicate clothes can be washed in the same manner as washing by hand, using the washing liquid that flows gently by the agitation means that moves up and down, and also prevents laundry from getting tangled. In addition, since washing and deliquoring are essentially done in one tank, washing and deliquid work can be performed mechanically and continuously, and laundry can be transferred manually from the washing tub to the delipping tank. This method does not require any additional equipment, does not place a burden on the worker, and has a high working ability.
