Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothly take out a wire free from interwinement and entanglement in taking out a wire from a bail pack by installing a a magnet member for attracting a loop and a regulating member which projects in an eaves form over the vacant part of a loop lamination body. CONSTITUTION:A pressing member 5 is placed at the upper edge of a loop lamination body 4 and presses a wire loop at the upper edge part of the loop lamination body 4, lowering together wire the upper edge of the loop lamination body 4, accompanied with the taking-out of a wire W. Further, the succeeding loop is prevented from being pulled up irregularly by being dragged by the wire W which is pulled up through the attraction of the wire loop made of the ferromagnetic body by a magnet member 5b. Even if pulled out, the random movement of the wire W is regulated by the shielding action of a regulating member 5c which projects in an eaves form.

りをなくす方法が提案されている(例えば実公昭64−

然として発生していた。単筒状のペイルパックは内筒が
ない分、ワイヤループの積層体の空洞部分が大きく、こ
のためループ積層体の上部から1ループずつ取出されれ
ばよいが2〜3ル一プ同時に取出されると、上記空洞部
分でワイヤが捩りを解除しようとして跳ね、これにより
からみもつれ等の不都合が発生する。このように溶接時
にペイルパック内のワイヤにからみ、もつれ等が生じる
と、溶接トーチにワイヤが送給されず溶接作業を継続で
きないか、できたとしても溶接欠陥の発生をまぬがれな
かった。

プを吸引して適正に引き上げられる順番がくるまで所定

第1図はこの発明の溶接用ワイヤの抑え部材の使用状態
を示した縦断面図である。ペイルパック1は胴部2と底
部3を備え、その内部に捩り入りの溶接用鋼ワイヤがル
ープ状にして積層収納されている。4はこの積層収納さ
れたループ積層体を示し、ループ積層体4の上端にはワ
イヤループの抑え部材5が載置される。引き上げられる
ワイヤWはペイルパック上方に配置されたコンジットチ
ューブのワイヤ導入口に引き込まれていく。この実施例
の抑え部材5はループ積層体4の上端部分のワイヤルー
プをその自重で抑える合成樹脂製の環状の抑え部材本体
5aと、本体5aの下面に取付けられてワイヤループを
磁力で吸引する永久磁石型の磁石部材5bと、本体5a
の内周側に取付けられて引き上げられるワイヤの自由度
を規制して上方へ導(合成樹脂製の切頭円錐状の規制部
材5cとから構成される。なお抑え部材5の外周とペイ
ルパック胴部2の内壁との間隙8からのワイヤの飛び出
しは実公昭64−4764号方式で解消しており、6は
該方式で用いる紐、7は紐6が挿通する孔である。もち
ろん間隙8からのワイヤの飛び出し防止は、該方式に限
らず、他の適宜の公知手段が採用できる。

るいは単に本体と同一平面でひさし状に突出させるだけ
でもよく、規制部材の形状、本体への取付は方、位置、
材質等も特に限定しない。また抑え部材本体の材質も上
記実施例では塩化ビニール等の合成樹脂製としたが特に
限定するものではない。要するにこの発明の抑え部材は
ループ積層体の上端に載置されて、ワイヤの取出しにと
もなってループ積層体上端とともに下降しつつループ積
層体上端部のワイヤループをその自重で抑えてワイヤル
ープの跳ね上がりを防止し、かつ磁石部材により強磁性
体のワイヤループを吸引して引き上げられつつあるワイ
ヤに引きずられて不規則に後続ループが引き出されるこ
とを防止し、仮に引き出された場合でも規制部材の遮蔽
作用によりワイヤの無秩序な動きを規制するのであり、
このような作用・効果を奏するものであれば材質、形状
、構造等は特に限定するものでなく色々な実施例が考え
られる。

みを生ずるという不都合はなく極めて円滑にペイルパッ
クからワイヤを取出すことができる。この発明の抑え部
材は捩りを与えられて単筒状のペイルパック内に積層収
納された溶接用ワイヤの取出しにその効果を発揮し、溶
接作業を中断することなく、ワイヤ取出しを円滑に継続
して行なうことが可能であり、簡単な構成にもかかわら
ず極めてその実用性は高い。
