(Prior art) For example, as for bank protection work to prevent erosion of rivers and coasts, and road slope work, for example,
As proposed in Publication No. 204209, a construction method using so-called individually formed box-shaped futon baskets has been used. In other words, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, for example, the length is 200 cm, the width is 120 cm, and the height is 50 cm.
A metal mesh body 10 having a standard rectangular parallelepiped shape with an open top
A plurality of crutches are assembled and arranged vertically and horizontally on the foundation work surface, each side is tied and fixed with wire connections 11 such as wires, and a reinforcing iron frame 12 with open upper and lower surfaces inscribed in the metal mesh body 10 is installed inside. After that, rocks 13 are dropped from above using a power shovel 14 or the like to fill the stones, and then the reinforcing iron frame 1
2 was taken out, and the mesh cover that matched the opening was covered, the wire connection 11 was made, and the irregularly shaped block 7 was stacked on top of it. Note that a metal coupling coil may be used instead of the wire connection 11. However, with this conventional construction method that uses futon basket construction, (1) it can be used as is if the width of the slope matches that of a straight river, coast, or road, but if the width of the slope matches In cases where there are slopes or curves due to meandering rivers, the rectangular parallelepiped-shaped metal mesh cannot be used as is, and custom-made, for example, diamond-shaped futon baskets designed to suit the site are constructed. I had to.

(4) When the foundation construction surface or slope surface had a complicated shape, each futon basket had to be assembled in advance and transported to the construction site, which required a lot of effort and time to prepare. Furthermore, it is difficult to manufacture futon baskets for large areas due to their transportation and storage.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the various problems mentioned above, the means taken by the present invention is to unwind and spread a roll-like net of a predetermined width on the foundation work surface, and to A bottom surface is obtained by laying and cutting the net at length, and on the roll-like net that constitutes this bottom, a self-supporting mesh for partitioning consisting of a net and a frame that protects the outer periphery of the net is placed as appropriate. By installing and erecting them at regular intervals, the vertical and horizontal sides stand perpendicular to the bottom surface, and by connecting the members constituting each of these surfaces with each other through wire connections, etc., After configuring a plurality of compartments, each compartment is filled with stones, and furthermore, a roll-shaped net of a predetermined width is cut at a predetermined length and wires are connected to form the vertical and horizontal sides. This is a futon basket construction method in which the stone filling part is covered and the upper surface is formed while being connected to a self-supporting mesh for partition.

In this case, it is preferable that the rolled net 1 be wound into a roll in consideration of the convenience of storage and transportation, and for this reason, the mesh wire constituting the rolled net 1 is required to be flexible. However, on the contrary, the independent partition net 2
It must be strong from the purpose of the present invention, and in this embodiment, a net material stretched into a net shape is used. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, this self-supporting partition net 2 is composed of a net 2c formed from a net material and a frame 2d that protects the outer periphery of this net 2c. As described above, the net body 2c is formed by making cuts in a plate-shaped net material alternately and stretching it. Each self-supporting partition net 2 is constructed by connecting such a net 2c to a self-supporting frame 2d through wire connections or the like.

In addition, the surface of the rolled mesh 1 and the self-supporting partition mesh 2 is not limited to aluminum plating, but may also be galvanized, but since aluminum plating is more effective in preventing rust, it is particularly suitable for coastal revetment construction. The former is optimal because it does not rust even when exposed to salty seawater or wind.

In the first step, as shown in FIG. 4, the rolled net 1 is cut to a predetermined length using a burner or the like and laid on the foundation construction surface 3 to form the bottom surface 4 thereof. Even if there is a slope 5 with respect to the river on the foundation work surface 3 due to meandering etc., the rolled net 1
This can be done by simply cutting diagonally on the spot with a burner or the like according to the inclination of the curved part. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the roll nets 1 are arranged so that they overlap each other, and the overlapping parts are connected using wire connections 11 or the like. It is a good idea to implement this.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the self-supporting partition nets 2 are installed vertically at appropriate intervals while being fixed to the bottom surface 4 laid on the foundation construction surface 3 with wire connections 11.
It is assumed that the vertical side surface 2a. Note that a metal coupling coil may be used instead of the wire connection 11. In this case, either calculate in advance so that the entire length of the vertical side surface 2a is the predetermined length to be constructed, and select self-supporting partition nets 2 with various lengths, or calculate the overall length in advance. After determining the size at the design stage, the self-supporting partition net 2 may be manufactured accordingly.

After that, a similar self-supporting partition net 2 is installed horizontally on both the bottom surface 4 and the vertical side surface 2a while being fixed with wires 11, and the horizontal side surface 2b is determined, and the partition is determined (see Fig. 1). . Unlike the vertical side surface 2a, the partitioning self-supporting mesh body 2 for the horizontal side surface 2b may have its length matched with the width of 6 m of the roll-like net body 1 of this embodiment from the beginning. It may be determined as appropriate by considering the area, slope, etc. In any case, mass production is possible in combination with the rolled net body 1.

However, if there is the above-mentioned slope 5 with respect to this river, prepare a self-supporting partition net 2 that is long by a predetermined length according to the slope 5 and use it as the side surface 2b.
It is only necessary to match the lengths, and if there is an extreme curve, prepare in advance a self-supporting partition net 2 that is long by a predetermined length corresponding to the curve and bend it in advance or on site. Then, the side surface 2b may be formed.

In any case, if the partitioning self-supporting mesh body 2 is prepared in various lengths as the lateral side surface 2b, it will be possible to cope with any slope or curve of the river.

In this way, this construction method places the vertical side 2a on top of the bottom 4.
Since the futon basket is appropriately divided by the lateral sides 2b and 2a, there is no need to double the material of the adjacent vertical and lateral sides 2a and 2b, which is the case with conventional futon baskets.

Once the division is determined, a large amount of rock 13 may be dropped from above using a machine 14 or the like to fill the area with stones, as shown in FIG. Since both the vertical side surface 2a and the horizontal side surface 2b according to the present invention are formed of the net body 2 having strong self-supporting properties, they will not bend or break even if a large amount of rocks 13 are dropped, and the conventional Similarly, the reinforcing iron frame 12 is also unnecessary.
