In the figure, 1 is a core, which has a salient pole 2.
Note that the windings are omitted. A magnetic pole 3 is made of a ring-shaped permanent magnet and is magnetized in the radial direction, with N poles and S poles alternately formed along the circumferential direction. 4 is a magnetic yoke. One of the core 1 side and the magnetic yoke 4 side serves as a stator, and the other side serves as a rotor. In the case of FIG. 3, it is an outer rotor type motor in which the core 1 is the stator and the magnetic yoke 4 is the rotor.

By the way, the above conventional radial direction magnetizer is
Since the coil 13 is fixed to the outer core 11 and the width l 0 of the outer core 11 cannot be changed, only a magnet having a magnetization pattern in which the magnetization angle θ 0 with respect to the magnetic material 14 is always constant can be obtained. Therefore, there was a problem in that in order to obtain magnets with different magnetization patterns, it was necessary to use other radial direction magnetizers with different widths l 0 .

という問題点があつた。 Also, recently, motors with extremely small cogging torque are required, so when magnetizing the magnetic material 14, for example, ±1° with respect to a certain magnetization angle θ 0 .
There is a growing demand for such precision. For this reason, a large number of radial direction magnetizers having slightly different magnetization angles θ 0 with respect to the magnetic material 14 are required, which poses a problem in that an economical burden is placed on inventory management.

FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of this invention, in which the same reference numerals as in FIG . 4. In order to reduce the size of the base portion 21b, the taper portion 21c is narrowed in the circumferential direction and has a width l1 smaller in the arcuate direction than the width l0 of the base portion 21b. 22 is a plate made of soft magnetic material;
A required number of magnets are detachably attached to a tapered part 21c formed in the radial direction on the side surface of the tip 21a of the external core 21, and in FIG . is formed. Further, the coil 13 is separated from the magnetic material 14 by the base 21.
It is provided at position b.

The magnetic flux density increases. Therefore, the magnetizing force that magnetizes the magnetic material 14 increases, and the required magnetization angle θ 1

The outer cores 21 in the X direction are bent at right angles, respectively.
Therefore, the magnetic material 14 also has a magnetization angle θ 1

Since the magnetic flux also passes through the portion of the plate 22 of 1, a magnetization angle θ 2 with respect to the magnetic material 14 is obtained. Therefore, by attaching an appropriate number of plates 22, the magnetic pole pattern magnetized to the magnetic material 14 can be controlled.

As explained above, this invention has a removable plate made of soft magnetic material that can be used to arbitrarily change the magnetization angle of the magnetic material in the width in the arc direction of the tip of the outer core that is in contact with the outer periphery of the magnetic material. Therefore, the magnetization angle of the magnetic material can be set freely. Therefore, there is an advantage that a magnet having a highly accurate magnetization angle can be formed.
