[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention allows clothing such as coats, jackets, pants, etc. to have good breathability even though it has a waterproof function. The present invention aims to enable the supply of new clothing such as this, and is particularly suitable for forming reversible clothing.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, waterproof clothing has been made of synthetic resin films and sheet materials such as vinyl chloride film and urethane film, or knitted fabrics made of thread materials such as nylon and cotton. It was made of a material that was made waterproof by laminating a cloth base material with a resin layer made of vinyl chloride, urethane, or the like, or synthetic rubber.

In recent years, so-called moisture-permeable clothing, in which the above-mentioned urethane has a moisture-permeable function and is laminated to various yarn knitted or woven base materials, has been rapidly gaining popularity.

As mentioned above, a material in which a resin layer made of vinyl chloride, urethane, etc. is laminated on the inner surface of a textile fabric made by knitting and weaving yarn materials such as nylon and cotton;
Alternatively, when clothing is made of a laminated material such as synthetic rubber, the surface feel to the touch is significantly improved and waterproofness is also excellent, but breathability is non-existent as in the above case.

In addition, even if the product has a moisture permeability function, it is not breathable, but is moisture permeable, and has a unilateral moisture permeation function from the inner surface to the outer surface of the covered human body. There is also a predisposition that it arises from the influence of the difference in air pressure between the inside and outside.), it is fundamentally different from the ventilation function and has a low efficiency.

Although the present invention is not as perfect as the above-mentioned conventional products in terms of waterproofness, it has a practical waterproofing effect and is configured to have an extremely good ventilation effect. This is an attempt to solve the problems of the conventional method.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the waterproof clothing with a breathable structure according to the present invention is provided by appropriately laminating a resin layer 1b on the inner surface of a woven fabric 1a made by knitting and weaving required thread materials. An appropriate resin layer 2b is laminated on the inner surface of an outer fabric material 1 which is made of a resin layer 1b and has numerous ventilation pores a formed therein, and a knitted fabric 2a which is made by knitting and weaving a desired thread material. In addition, the resin layer 2b has countless ventilation pores b.
The clothing is characterized by being made of a double-layered fabric made by overlapping an inner fabric material 2 formed by forming an inner fabric material 2 with their resin layers 1b and 2b facing each other.

(Function) The clothing according to the present invention has the ventilation pores a and b provided in the outer fabric material 1 and the inner material material 2 constituting the clothing, respectively, so that it exhibits a good ventilation effect when worn. Prevents stuffiness.

When the clothing according to the present invention is worn in the rain, rainwater that has entered the inner surface of the outer material 1 through the ventilation pores a is prevented from further infiltration due to the presence of the inner material 2. This prevents the wearer from getting wet.

That is, since the ventilation pores a and b formed in each of the outer fabric material 1 and the inner fabric material 2 are random, it is extremely rare for the two to match, and therefore, The effect of preventing rainwater infiltration as described above is achieved.

As mentioned above, this waterproofing effect is due to the difference in air pressure between the inner surface of the human body covered by the clothing and the outside air, as well as the waterproofing effect due to the air pressure that exists between the two layers of material. The pressure of rainwater that entered the inner surface through the ventilation pores a in the outer fabric material 1 was extremely weak, and the results of long-term wearing experiments showed that there was no infiltration of rainwater into the human body. .

The pores for moisture permeation are approximately 40 microns.
Numerous ventilation pores a of about 50 to 60 microns are formed. By the way, regarding the formation of the ventilation pores a, an example is formed by coating the knitted fabric 1a with an extremely thin resin layer 1b based on microporous processing, but other means may also be used. It may be formed based on.

The above-mentioned clothing A has an outer fabric material 1 as described above.
and the inner fabric material 2 are simply overlapped with their resin layers 1b and 2b facing each other without being fastened together, and then cut and sewn in the same manner as a normal fabric material. It was created based on this.

In addition, in the drawing, the outer fabric material 1 and the inner fabric material 2 are drawn far apart, but this is for the sake of clarity in the drawing, and in reality, the outer fabric material 1 and the inner fabric material 2 are drawn apart from each other, but this is actually done according to the bending of the fabric and the curved surface of the sewing. Sometimes we come into contact with nature. After all, the two maintain a relationship similar to that of the outer material and the lining material.

In addition, the fabric pattern, color, and material of the outer fabric material 1 and the inner fabric material 2 described above may be the same or different, but
When implementing the garment as a reversible garment, the outer fabric material 1 may be made white and the inner fabric material 2 may be made black, for example.

(Effect of the invention) The present invention provides a suitable resin layer 1b on the inner surface of the knitted or woven fabric 1a.
An outer fabric material 1 formed by laminating the resin layer 1b with numerous ventilation pores a, and an inner fabric material 2 having the same form as the outer fabric material 1 are stacked together. Since clothing is sewn with a double-layered fabric consisting of the resin layers 1b and 2b facing each other and stacked on top of each other, as described in the operation section above, the outer fabric material 1 and the inner fabric material 2 are provided with Due to the presence of the ventilation pores a and b, it exhibits an extremely good ventilation effect and effectively prevents stuffiness when worn.

In addition, in the present invention, since the above-mentioned ventilation pores a and b provided in the outer fabric material 1 and the inner fabric material 2 are random, it is extremely rare for the two to match. , rainwater that has entered the inner surface of the outer fabric material 1 flows through the ventilation pores b of the inner fabric material 2.
It does not get into the inner side of the clothing, and in the end,
The effect of preventing rainwater infiltration, that is, the waterproofing effect, is achieved to the extent that no problem arises in practical use.

In addition, since the present invention adopts the above-mentioned structure, when the desired clothing is formed, the inner fabric material 2 takes the form of a lining, and therefore, unlike the conventional method, the lining is attached separately. Eliminate such complexity.

By the way, in the present invention, for example, when clothing is formed with a single-layer structure consisting of only the outer fabric material 1, as the clothing is worn, the resin layer 1b is rubbed due to direct contact with the resin layer 1b, and the ventilation pores a are rubbed. This may cause the water to become clogged with dust, etc., and furthermore, because the pores are about 50 to 60 microns in diameter compared to the 40 micron pores for moisture permeation, the waterproof function is reduced. becomes difficult to avoid.

In addition, if a double structure like the one of the present invention is made using a conventional fabric material that does not have ventilation pores in the resin layer, for example, when dry cleaning is performed, the inside of the double structure will be visible from the seams etc. It is extremely difficult for the oil and water that has entered the system to escape, and the odor remains and stagnates, so it cannot be put to practical use at all. Based on this, we will eliminate the occurrence of such problems.

In addition, in the tailoring of clothing according to the present invention, in the sewing areas, where waterproofing from the seams is required, resin adhesive tape for sealing is welded and pasted from the resin surface of the seams. Naturally, this means that higher quality products will be provided.
