Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize safety at the time of a fire, by providing a smoke sensor within a cage, and arranging so that the door safety device function of a light sensor may be extinguished and door closing may be able to e done, and ascending/descending the cage. CONSTITUTION:A smoke sensor 14 is fitted within a cage 7, and a light sensor 1 is fitted at the cage 7 as heretofore. At a door control circuit, the usually closed contact point of a relay which is combined with the smoke sensor 14 is connected in series to a space between the light sensor 1 and a door opening command relay. When a cage door is open due to the outbreak of a fire, and the smoke makes an invasion into the cage 7, it is detected by means of the smoke sensor 14, and the relay which is combined with the sensor 14 is actuated and the usually closed contact point is opened. Accordingly, the door opening command is de-energized, and a contact point signal to the door control circuit is canceled. As a result, the door can be closed with a door closing button without relation to the action of the light sensor 1, and the cage 7 can be ascended/descended, and evacuation can be realized safely.

(Prior art) Normally, elevators are equipped with a mechanical safety device that operates by contact as a car door safety device, but in addition to this, an optical sensor is installed, as shown in the door control circuit in Figure 3. The optical sensor 1 and the door open command relay 2 are connected in series between the control power source PN, and when the optical sensor 1 detects an object, the car door is restarted, so that the object can be detected without contact. Many are equipped with an additional door safety device.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, when a fire breaks out inside a building, it is often necessary to evacuate by using an elevator in addition to using the emergency stairs.

However, when evacuating using this elevator, the smoke that fills the building will also enter the car, so even if a passenger in the car tries to close the door by pressing the door close button, the light sensor will be blocked by the smoke. The door malfunctions and repeatedly opens and closes.

In this case, if the door is equipped with a timer function, the door will open and close after a certain period of time, and then the door will be closed. However, if the door is not equipped with a timer function, the door will continue to open and close over and over again, which is an emergency situation. However, you end up wasting your time.

As a result, passengers are forced to abandon the elevator and search for an emergency exit again to evacuate, leading to a situation in which they are engulfed in smoke and, in the worst case, die.

On the other hand, in the event of a fire, some systems have adopted a system in which the door safety device using an optical sensor is disconnected from the control circuit at the same time as the building issues a fire alarm, but in recent years, the door safety device using an optical sensor has been artificially malfunctioned due to mischief. In some cases, the door safety device using an optical sensor must be disconnected for building management purposes, so disconnecting the door safety device using an optical sensor from the building side through human intervention is not only troublesome but also troublesome. Sometimes I forget.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator equipped with a door safety device using an optical sensor, which normally detects objects in a non-contact manner, and when there are passengers who use the elevator to evacuate in the event of a fire. To provide an elevator door safety device that allows the door to be closed even if smoke enters.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a car or a landing with an optical sensor, and adds a door safety device that prevents the door from closing or reopens the closed door when the sensor detects an object. In an elevator safety device, a smoke detector is provided inside the car, and a detection signal from the smoke detector disables the function of the optical sensor.

(Function) Even if smoke from a fire that occurs in the building enters the car, the smoke detector detects this smoke, and this detection signal deenergizes the door close command relay and eliminates the function of the optical sensor. Therefore, the door can be closed regardless of smoke intrusion, and the car can be moved up and down.

In addition, the above-mentioned car 7 is equipped with an optical sensor 13 as in the conventional case.
A smoke detector 14 is installed on the internal ceiling or side panel.
Install. The detection signal of this sensor 14 is sent to the control panel 9 of the elevator machine room 4 via the tail cord 8.

On the other hand, as shown in the door control circuit of FIG.
Meanwhile, the normally closed contact l5 of the relay combined with the smoke detector 14 is connected in series between the optical sensor and the door open command relay 2.

Next, the operation of the embodiment configured as above will be explained. When a fire breaks out in a building, if the door of the car 7 is open, smoke 16 will enter the car 7 from the building side. but,
Smoke detector l4 detects this and operates a relay (or switch) associated with smoke detector 14, which releases normally closed contact l5. Therefore, the door open command relay 2 is deenergized and the contact signal to the door control circuit is canceled. Therefore, regardless of the operation of the optical sensor 1, if the door close button is pressed, the door can be closed in response to a door close command, and the car 7 can be lowered (or raised), allowing for safe evacuation.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the elevator alone can detect smoke that has entered the car, even if there is no command from the building side due to fire detection, or even if there is a forgetfulness or mistake. Since the sensor-based door safety device can be separated, evacuation using the elevator can be safely performed without any loss of the original function of object detection using the optical sensor.
