PURPOSE:To permit contents to be sucked through a straw by providing on a top a tear part whose tab is pulled up and removed to form an opening and by sealing the straw in a container. CONSTITUTION:A container 11 for containing beverage therein has a cylindrical part 7 and the top 1 formed integrally or separately. The beverage is then filled therein and the content is thereafter sealed therein by providing bottom 8. An easy tear part 3 is formed in this top 1 integrally therewith and a tab 2 is attached to one end of this tear part 3. Before the filling of the content, a straw 5 is put in the cylindrical part 7 in a longitudinal direction, secured thereto at an attachment 6 and the upper part of the straw 5 is bent along the underside of the top 1 and extended to immediately below the tear part 3, secured thereto at an attachment 4. When the tear part 3 is pulled up, the part of the straw 5 attached thereto is raised above the container 11, whereby the content can be sucked through the straw 5.
