シ装置(図示せず)上へ落下するように設計され
ている。

れている。また該吊出し爪11,11は、その上
に複数個の鋳造品4が釣支されるよう長さ寸法が
決められている。また該吊出し爪11,11は後
退位置にてその基端部を中心として水平方向に所
定角度だけ旋回可能にされており、旋回停止位置
の下方には図示しない鋳造品搬送コンベヤが配設
されていて、該吊出し爪11,11に釣支された
複数の鋳造品4はここで吊出し爪11,11から
該搬送コンベヤへ移し変えられるように設計され
ている。

入され、該鋳造品4はその吊出し用湯道8,8を
介して前記鋳造品吊出し爪11,11上に釣支さ
れ、一方、最先端の鋳型3は、ダンピングボード
1が下方に開いていること、また鋳造品4が該鋳
型3と次順位の鋳型3との連接部に鋳込まれるよ
うに成してあることから、自重により次順位の鋳
型3から別れて図示しないバラシ装置上に落下
し、このようにして鋳造品4と鋳型3との分離が
なされる。

ようにして前記吊出し爪に釣支された複数個の鋳
造品は一括して搬送コンベヤへ運ばれるから、鋳
造品取出し作業における待ち時間が大巾に短縮さ
れ、生産効率が向上する。
