Claims (1)
- 磁性体製ケース本体内に、複数の中心導体にフ
エライトを対向させてなるフエライト組立て体を
収容するとともに、該組立て体の一主面側に誘電
体基板を配設し、上記ケース本体に、上記誘電体
基板の上記組立て体と反対側の主面に当接するよ
うケース蓋を装着してなる非可逆回路素子におい
て、上記ケース蓋の上記誘電体基板との当接部分
に絶縁膜を形成したことを特徴とする非可逆回路
素子。
