There were two methods: copying and inputting the characters, and inputting by reading the inked original characters with a television camera or scanner.

Furthermore, even when original characters are automatically read using a scanner or the like, errors in reading dots and deformation of character shapes are likely to occur, and it takes time to correct the characters after inputting them.

It's about doing. [Means for Solving the Problem] The configuration of the dot pattern creation device of the present invention includes a matrix recognition function that recognizes the dot size when a sheet with dot ↑ and matrix written on it is attached, and a matrix recognition function that recognizes the dot size when a sheet with dot ↑ and matrix written on it is attached, and a A pattern input device having an arithmetic function that recognizes the intersection between the created pattern and the matrix, determines the dot position, and develops it into a dot pattern, and a pattern input device that has an arithmetic function to develop the developed dot pattern into a matrix similar to that on the pattern input device. It is characterized by being composed of a display device that displays images on top of the screen. [Example] Next, an example of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

First, attach the sheet containing the dot matrix of the size you want to create onto the input device. Then, the matrix recognition function section in the input device recognizes the matrix size written on the sheet and instructs the calculation function section/display device to specify the size (for example, 24 dots vertically x 24 dots horizontally). Next, create a pattern by hand on the creation board with the sheet attached to the input device. The created part displays a pattern by changing colors. The arithmetic function unit in the input device recognizes the intersection between the arbitrarily created pattern and the dot matrix written on the sheet, determines the dot position, and develops the arbitrarily created pattern into dot pattern data. and sent to the display device. At this point, input work is being performed at the same time as design creation work.
