- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 キヤビテイに臨んだゲートに連設してバルブシ
ール部を構成し、該バルブシール部を開閉するバ
ルブピンをバルブ外筒に挿入するとともに、前記
ゲートおよびバルブシール部に連通して溶融樹脂
が通る湯道を設けた射出成形のホツトランナー金
型におけるバルブゲート構造において、 前記バルブピンの先端のシール部およびゲート
の形状を、断面各相似形とするとともに、成形品
の表面に作られる商標の標章の一部などの浮出し
模様に合せた形状としたことを特徴とする射出成
形機におけるバルブゲート構造。
