There are cases where printing is performed on the slip 20 or the old type passbook 10', and in this case, when inserting the slip 20 from the passbook insertion slot 1, the predetermined position of the slip 20 or passbook 10' is placed on the guide plate 8. It is set on the printing section 11 by being fed a predetermined amount from that position according to the scale 8a.

However, according to this method, a predetermined position of the slip 20 or passbook 10' is set on the scale 8a within the conveyance path 9.
When aligning the slip 20 bankbook 10' and guide plate 8
Since there is a gap g1 between them, the position of the operator's eye E is diagonally to the upper left, causing parallaxes e1 and e2, and the position of the scale adjustment is shifted, so when the scale is sent to the printing unit 11, the printing position is not accurate. The disadvantage is that it is not set.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, there are cases where a scale 7a is carved on the sliding surface 7, but in this case as well, there is a gap g2 between the slip 20 or passbook 10' and the sliding surface 7, so that parallax can be avoided. There is a drawback that e3 and e4 are generated and the scale alignment is similarly deviated.

(e) Structure of the invention The invention consists of a slide surface and a transparent guide plate provided opposite to the slide surface, and a medium is inserted between the slide surface and the guide plate to guide the medium to a predetermined position. A medium insertion mechanism for aligning a scale with a scale provided on an opposing surface of a plate, the medium insertion mechanism having a means for pressing a guide plate so as to bring it into close contact with the medium surface and eliminate parallax in alignment. It is a mechanism. Therefore, when a medium is inserted between the slide surface and the guide plate, the guide plate is brought into close contact with the medium by the pressing means, and the scale is positioned on the medium surface without any gaps, so it is easy to visually check diagonally when aligning the predetermined position of the medium with the scale. Even if the image is displayed, no parallax will occur, and positioning accuracy can be improved.

(f) Embodiment of the invention An embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. FIG. 4 is a side view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of FIG. 4. The same reference numerals indicate the same objects throughout the figures.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the guide plate 18
Leaf springs 19 are provided at both ends of the upper surface of the guide plate 18, and the guide plate 18 is biased by the leaf springs 19 and lightly presses the slide surface 7 through the passbook 10'.

With this configuration, when the passbook 10' is inserted, the passbook 10' is inserted from the slope 1a of the passbook insertion slot 1.
0', the guide plate 18 escapes upward against the elasticity of the leaf spring 19, and lightly pinches the passbook 10' between the slide surface 7 and the guide plate 18.

Therefore, the upper surface of the passbook 10' is in contact with the lower surface of the guide plate 18, and even if the operator's eye E is positioned diagonally in the upper left direction, there will be no parallax in alignment with the scale 18a, so the accurate position can be maintained. When the paper is transferred to the printing section 11, it can be set in the correct position and printed.

In the above example, an example was explained in which the guide plate 18 is pressed against the slide surface 7 by the plate spring 19, but other methods may also be used. For example, a method in which the slide surface 7 is pressed by the guide plate 18's own weight can have the same effect. is obtained.

In addition, in the above example, the inserted passbook 10 is detected by the sensor S1 and automatically sucked, especially the slip 20 and the old passbook 1.
We have explained an example of adjusting the scales when printing 0', but in a simple bookkeeping machine, all the scales of the passbook 10, the old passbook 10', and the slip 20 are aligned,
A method is used in which the paper is transferred to the printing unit 11, and it goes without saying that the same effect can be obtained even if it is applied in this case.
