Abstract

PURPOSE:To limit the cage load capacity of a cage chamber device by providing an attachable and removable cage chamber partition formed of a vertical panel and an inclined panel when an existing elevator is exchanged by a new one or in an elevator for constructing work. CONSTITUTION:A vertical panel 14 having a determined height and an inclined panel 15 inclined from its upper end to a back wall 9a are provided on the deeper side over the entrance of a cage chamber 5 to partition the cage chamber 5. The vertical panel 14 and the inclined panel 15 are mounted on the wall 9 by a mounting screw 17 through a L-shaped fitting 16 and a seat plate. According to the above constitution, the vertical panel 14 and the inclined panel 15 function as the partition of the cage chamber 5 to give a determined limitation to the load capacity of the cage chamber 5. Namely, the position of partition by the panels is determined according to the load capacity. Hence, a temporary constructed winder can be miniaturized, and the disposition of a temporary constructed machine chamber in an elevator passage is facilitated.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description, the first aspect of the present invention is to provide a detachable and removable system consisting of a vertical panel and an inclined panel when replacing an existing elevator with a newly installed elevator or in an elevator for construction work. Since we have installed a car room partition where possible,
Temporary hoisting machines, etc. can be downsized, and the temporary machine room can be easily installed in the hoistway. Also, if you change the size of the partition so that the car load capacity remains constant,
Temporary hoisting machines, etc. can be of the same type, making it possible to use them repeatedly.

Furthermore, in addition to the effects of the first invention, the third invention has a partition attached to an expandable beam, so it can be applied to elevator replacement work without replacing the existing car room, and can be applied to control renovation. For commercial elevators, there is no need to provide a temporary car room exclusively for construction work.
