Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 環状ボデーの内周面にゴムなどの弾性材料
で形成したシートリングを嵌装し、該シートリン
グの内側に円板状のジスクを装着し、該ジスクを
回転させて該シートリングに密封接触させて閉弁
するバタフライバルブであつて、該シートリング
に該ボデーの両側に突出する配管シール部を設け
、該配管シール部は、両端面の円錐面状に形成し
、内周面を接続しようとする配管の外周面に密接
する円筒内面状に形成し、該ボデー及び該配管シ
ール部を挟持するように装着した２分割カバーを
ボルトで結合させて該カバーに形成した円錐面状
の内面で該両端面を圧縮し、該配管シール部を該
配管に密着シールさせるようにしたことを特徴と
するバタフライバルブ。 (2) 該配管シール部を、流体の圧力によつて半
径方向内方に押圧される形状にした請求項１記載
のバタフライバルブ。 (3) 該カバーの両端部に半径方向内方に突出す
る環状突起を形成し、該環状突起を該配管の外周
面に形成した環状溝に嵌入させるようにした請求
項１又は２記載のバタフライバルブ。 (4) 該ボデーと該カバーとに互い嵌合する円周
方向の溝と突起とを形成した請求項１乃至３記載
のバタフライバルブ。 (5) 該ボデーと該シートリングとに互に嵌合す
