張を与えるテープ緊張手段とを備え、前記クラン
プ手段は、結束すべき紙葉類の表裏両面に当接し
て紙葉類を締付ける第１および第２クランプ部材
を有し、各クランプ部材は紙葉類のテープ巻付け
部位のテープ巾方向両側に位置する一対の当接縁
を持ち、第１、第２クランプ部材による締付け状
態時に一方のクランプ部材の当接縁間にテープ熱
接着用のこてを進入自在に形成したことを特徴と
