である。

僅かに横に並べた状態で挾入すると共に当該両シ
ートを其の全周縁と硬質芯版間の両端部分を除い
た個所に於て相互に熔着し、然るのち加熱して熱
収縮性合成樹脂シートを収縮させこの収縮力によ
つて熱非収縮性合成樹脂シートの全周縁を硬質芯
版に於ける熱収縮性合成樹脂シートの当接面側に
捲り返す方式は公知であつたが、この方法による
場合には捲り返し部分に於て全周縁熔着部と硬質
芯版間熔着個所の両端との間に体裁や後加工を損
ねる不本意の皺ができ商品として必ずしも満足す
るものでないのみならず場合によつては当該皺を
少なくする目的で皺伸し工程を施す必要がある等
の欠陥があつた。

態で挾入すると共に当該両シートを其の全周縁個
所および硬質芯版間の両端部分を除いた個所に於
いて相互に熔着して半製品とし、然るのちこの半
製品の熱収縮性合成樹脂シートに於て上記の全周
縁個所と硬質芯版間個所との交点を含む狭い部分
を熱遮断用部材により被覆して後述する第1回目
の加熱を受けない熱遮断状態とし、この熱遮断状
態に於て第1回目の加熱を施して熱収縮性合成樹
脂シートに於ける上記の狭い部分を除いた全面を
収縮させることによつて熱非収縮性合成樹脂シー
トに於ける熱遮断個所と対応する個所を除いた全
周縁を硬質芯版に於ける熱収縮性合成樹脂シート
の当接面側に捲り返し、次いで熱遮断用部材を取
去したのち上記の半製品に第2回目の加熱を施し
て熱収縮性合成樹脂シートに於ける熱遮断用部材
を取去した個所を収縮させることによつて熱非収
縮性合成樹脂シートの全周縁に於ける上記の熱遮
断個所と対応する縁個所を硬質芯版に於ける熱収
縮性合成樹脂シートの当接面側に捲り返すことを
要旨とするものである。

を提供することができる効果があり、また敢えて
皺伸し工程を施す必要がない等の好ましい利点も
ある。

1回目の加熱を施して熱収縮性合成樹脂シートに
於ける上記の狭い部分を除いた全面を収縮させる
ことによつて熱非収縮性合成樹脂シートに於ける
熱遮断個所と対応する個所を除いた全周縁を硬質
芯版に於ける熱収縮性合成樹脂シートの当接面側
に捲り返し、次いで熱遮断用部材を取去したのち
に上記の半製品に第2回目の加熱を施して熱収縮
性合成樹脂シートに於ける熱遮断用部材を取去し
た個所を収縮させることによつて熱非収縮性合成
樹脂シートの全周縁に於ける上記の熱遮断個所と
対応する縁個所を硬質芯版に於ける熱収縮性合成
樹脂シートの当接面側に捲り返すことを特徴とす
るフアイル、バインダー、筆入れ、ケース等に於
ける表版の製造方法。
