プロペラを縦向きの状態で定位置まで搬送した後、持ら
上ばて芯出しを行いつつ軸に装着するという一連の作業
工程を採用することにより、能率よく遊転プロペラの取
付作業を行うことができ、又、遊転プロペラの取付作業
に用いる台車を、広幅の移動台車本体と遊転プロペラの
径に対応する高さの支持架台とを有する構成とすること
により、縦向きに支持させた遊転プロペラを安定して搬
送することができ、更に、上記台車に、支持架台を昇降
させる昇降装置と、遊転プロペラの旋回調整を行う旋回
装置及び遊転プロペラの傾斜調整を行う傾斜調整装置と
を装備させることにより、該台車だけで遊転プロペラの
搬送から軸への装着までの作業を容易に行うことができ
る、という優れた効果を発揮する。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)船体から離れた位置に水平に置かれた遊転プロペ
ラを縦向きにし、次いで、縦向き姿勢のまま船体下部の
定位置まで搬送し、しかる後遊転プロペラを、上記定位
置にて所定の高さ位置まで持ち上げて芯出しを行いつつ
船体側の軸に装着することを特徴とする遊転プロペラ取
付方法。
