前記検出電圧と前記基準電圧を比較し制御電圧を
出力する比較制御手段と、前記制御電圧に応じて
前記出力電圧のレベルを表示する表示手段と、前
記制御電圧に応じて前記昇圧手段への給電回路を
開閉するスイツチ手段とを有することを特徴とす
