Generally, a plurality of fritches are cut out from a single laminate obtained by laminating a plurality of veneers, and by combining these fritches, the boundary line between each veneer that appears on one side of each frittage is cut out. When creating a pattern by combining the flits 5 with each other, it is important to ensure that the boundaries between adjacent flits are continuous on the abutting surfaces of each other. Desired in creating. However, when considering the laminate 2 obtained by laminating a plurality of veneers using a press, it is important to note that variations in the thickness of each veneer used and the springback phenomenon of press pressure during depressurization of each veneer are important. Due to changes in the thickness of the boards, as shown in Figure 2, the distances a and a' from various places on the lower surface, which is one pressing surface, to a point separated by a specific number of veneers become approximately equal to each other. , there are many variations between the distance b from the top surface, which is the other pressing surface, to the same number of sheets and the above distance a. Therefore, as shown in the figure, this laminate 2 is A plurality of triangular prism-shaped fritches A- cut out along the diagonal cutting line L
1, A-2, and B-1 are combined to create an assembled flitch, the fritches A-1 and A-2 each have a triangular shape on one side with one press surface as the base, and the other press surface as the base. When the fritches B-1 having a triangular shape on one side are placed next to each other, the boundaries between the veneers appearing on one side of each frit are not continuous at the butt point of the fritches, and the boundary line between the veneers in each frit is It was difficult to create a continuous pattern at the border of the veneer, which was broken at the butt point and spanned between adjacent fritches.

The present invention will be described in detail below based on embodiments shown in the figures. As shown in FIG. 3 and below, the method for manufacturing the assembled fritsch according to the present invention involves laminating a plurality of veneers 1 via an adhesive and press-forming them so that the boundaries between each veneer 1 appear on one surface. A laminated body 2 is formed in which b are parallel to each other, and this laminated body 2 is cut diagonally to laminate a triangular prism-shaped triangular frit whose upper and lower sides are right-angled isosceles triangles with the same pressing surface as one side. Cut out a plurality of triangular fritches from the body 2, and butt and join the plurality of triangular fritches so that the boundary line b between each veneer 1 that appears on the upper and lower sides of at least two adjacent triangular fritches is continuous at the mutual butting surfaces. It is characterized by obtaining an assembled fritsch. As the veneer 1, a rotary veneer or a sliced veneer is used, which is dyed and dried if necessary, and then press-molded using an adhesive using a flat mold to form the veneer as shown in Fig. 3. Laminated body 2
is formed. In the example shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the laminate 2 obtained as described above is
A plurality of triangular frits A are obtained by cutting diagonally along the cutting line c shown in the figure and having right-angled isosceles triangles on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated body 2, each of which has a base on each surface that is the pressed surface of the laminated body 2. , B are cut out and combined as a set of four to create an assembly fritsch X. In this case, as shown in the figure, the quadrangular prism-shaped unit frit which is made up of a set of four bodies is a group of triangular triangles that have right-angled isosceles triangles on each of the upper and lower sides, with one pressed surface of the laminate 2 as the base. It is constructed by abutting the fritches A-1, A-2, A-3, and A-4 against each other at the surfaces corresponding to the hypotenuses of their right triangles, and another unit flitch adjacent to this unit assembly fritches. are a group of triangular fritches B-1, B-, each of which has right-angled isosceles triangles on each of its upper and lower surfaces, the base of which is the other pressed surface of the laminate 2.
2, B-3, and B-4 in the same manner. The boundary line b between each veneer 1 appearing on the end face of each triangular fritches A and B in each unit flitch of the assembled fritches X obtained in this way coincides with the corresponding boundary line b of the adjacent triangular fritches A and B, respectively. As a result, a continuous corner pattern is formed, and a plurality of uninterrupted corner patterns are created concentrically on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the unit flitch.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, triangular fritches C and D each having a right-angled isosceles triangle on the upper and lower surfaces with the pressed surface as the hypotenuse are cut out from the laminate 2 obtained in the same manner. An example is shown in which the assembled fritches Y are formed by combining the two. This assembly of fritches Y consists of a pair of triangular fritches C, D
The unit flits in the shape of a rectangular prism are assembled in such a way that they are lined up front to back, left and right, and each unit flitch has a triangular surface on each of its upper and lower surfaces, with the same pressing surface as one hypotenuse. A pair of triangular fritches cut out, for example, C-1, C-2
In each unit flitch, each boundary line b of two adjacent triangular flits is continuous in a form orthogonal to each other, and these L A unique pattern is created on the end face of the unit frit, that is, the assembled fritch, by the many boundary lines b that are bent in shape and span the two triangular fritches.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 shows an example of creating an assembly fritch Z in which a set of eight triangular fritches is combined with a diamond pattern formed on its end surface. The inner four of the unit frits made up of triangular fritches are a group of triangular frits A-1, which are cut out with one pressed surface of the laminate 2 as the base of the triangle;
A-2, A-3, and A-4 are formed into a square prism shape by butting the surfaces corresponding to the hypotenuses of the triangles, and the outer four bodies are a group of pieces with the other pressed surface as the base of the triangle. Triangular fritches B-1, B-2, B-
3 and B-4, and the surfaces corresponding to the respective bases are butted against the surfaces corresponding to the bases of each inner triangular fritches. Therefore, the border lines appearing on the end faces of the four inner triangular fritches form a concentric corner pattern that is continuous with the border lines of the adjacent triangular fritches,
A diamond pattern is created with the diagonal border line appearing on the end face of each of the four outer triangular fritches.

Figure 10 and subsequent figures show an example of emphasizing the pattern expressed by the boundary lines between veneers using foam paint. A thin plate 10 cut out from the assembled Fritsch . As the foaming paint, for example, one with a medium viscosity of 4000 to 10000 CPS suitable for roll coating, such as New Daiform W-301 manufactured by Dainichi Seika Kogyo Co., Ltd., is used.
After preparing the surface of the thin plate 10 with powder or sanding sealer, and sanding to make the surface flat, use a reverse coater to rub the above colored foam paint onto the surface of the thin plate 10.
It is made to foam 7 to 8 times under the conditions of ℃ and 30 to 60 seconds.
Incidentally, if a crosslinking agent such as Emafix TK manufactured by Dainichi Seika Co., Ltd. is added to the foamed paint to cause crosslinking, the surface treatment of the thin plate 10 suitable for flooring can be performed. When foaming is performed as described above, the foaming progresses along the boundary line of each veneer 1 as shown in FIG.
4 protrudes from the surface of the thin plate 10 along the boundary line, and as a result, the wood grain pattern created by the boundary line is emphasized by the foam layer 14, making it possible to express a sense of unevenness in addition to the wood grain pattern. It is. In addition, after foaming, the surface of the thin plate 10 is coated with a clear paint to protect the surface, and this paint is dried at a temperature of 50 to 60°C in order to prevent the foam layer 14 from foaming again. It is done. The unevenness that matches the wood grain pattern using this foamed paint can be applied not only to the thin plate 10 with the square pattern cut out from the above-mentioned composite Fritsch Of course, the present invention can also be applied to the veneer 15 having the same structure.
