記ヘツドレスト本体の下方向への移動を拘束可能
なロツク部材を備えるとともに、前記ヘツドレス
ト本体を下方向へ付勢し、 シートバツクを前倒した際に、前記付勢力によ
り前記ヘツドレスト本体が前記上位置から前記下
位置に移動すべく、前記ロツク部材に連結され、
前記跳上げ動作に応じて前記ロツク部材を引き、
該ロツク部材を前記掛止溝から離脱操作可能なコ
ントロールケーブルを備えたことを特徴とする車
