る永久磁石と、該永久磁石に対向して固定側に固
定された非磁性体からなるケーシングと、該ケー
シング内に回転自在に設けられ、上記ケーブルの
移動に追従する磁石の変位を回転運動に変換すべ
く外周に螺旋状の磁性体が設けられた回転体と、
上記ケーシング内に設けられると共に上記回転体
に連結されてその回転量を検出するセンサとを備
