【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 対向する頂面と底面、その両面に連なる前
面と後面と２つの側面とから形成され、上記底面
と後面を帯鋸本体のチツプ取付座との接着面とす
ると共に、上記頂面と前面の交差部、及び頂面と
少なくとも一方の側面との交差部にそれぞれ切刃
を形成する帯鋸用超硬合金切刃チツプのブランク
において、上記前面と切刃を構成する少なくとも
一方の側面を、それぞれ頂面から底面に向かつて
所要の逃げ角度で後退する傾斜面とし、上記底面
に帯鋸本体のチツプ取付座が嵌まり込む嵌合凹部
を設けたことを特徴とする帯鋸用超硬合金切刃チ
ツプのブランク。 (2) 請求項(1)記載の超硬合金切刃チツプのブラ
ンクを帯鋸本体のチツプ取付座に接着し、そのブ
ランクの頂面と前面の交差部、及び頂面と切刃を
構成する側面の交差部に研磨加工により切刃を形
