Claims (1)
体と、その積層面に沿つて渦巻状に形成されたコ
イル収納溝と、このコイル収納溝に収納された絶
縁被覆を有する複数層のコイルからなり、互いに
隣接する各層コイルが内周側渡り部および外周側
渡り部により交互に直列接続されてなるトロイダ
ルコイルと、前記金属プレート相互を電気的に絶
縁するプレート間絶縁層とを備え、各層コイルを
挟む一対の金属プレートの一方が前記外周側渡り
部と同電位に保持され、他方が前記内周側渡り部
と同電位に保持されたものにおいて、前記絶縁被
覆およびプレート間絶縁層としてシランカツプリ
ング剤処理された耐熱ガラス布を超電導線および
金属プレートの積層面にあらかじめ施し、熱硬化
性合成樹脂を真空含浸、加熱硬化することにより
前記絶縁被覆およびプレート間絶縁層が一体化し
てなる絶縁層を備えたことを特徴とする超電導コ
