板に入射するパラボラ反射鏡のほゞ平行な反射光
の光路中に配置され、全面にわたつてほぼ均一に
入射する光量の約半分は反射する反射部と残りの
光は透過する透過部を有するハーフミラーと、こ
のハーフミラーの反射光の上下を反転して液晶板
に入射させる複数枚の平面反射鏡とからなること
