Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外筒１内にレフイール２を挿設し、このレ
フイール２と外筒１の先具３との間に第１弾性体
４を介挿せしめ、外筒１の前方部にスライド用孔
５を設け、このスライド用孔５に、レフイール２
に係止される操作部６を摺動可能に設けると共に
レフイール２の後端部に嵌挿された回転体７と、
外筒１の内面に設けられたカム本体８と、軸方向
に移動され回転子７のカムと係合し上下動するカ
ムバー９とよりなる回転カム機構１０を付設し、
この回転カム機構１０のカムバー９と外筒１の後
部のストツパー部１１との間に、上記第１弾性体
４の弾性力より弱い第２弾性体１２を挿設せしめ
てなるボールペン。 (2) 外筒１のスライド用孔５を塞ぐように可動
体１３を、レフイール２に係止させて当該レフイ
ール２に嵌合し、この可動体１３に操作部６を一
体にまたは別体に設けてなる請求項第１項記載の
