Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上型シートの外形形状にモールド加工し且つ表
面に接着剤を塗布した発泡体製クツシヨン体を取
付け、下型にトリムカバーを取付けると共に前記
クツシヨン体の表面に三本の凹溝を同一方向を向
け且つ間隔をあけて配設し、前記下型にはクツシ
ヨン体の凹溝内にトリムカバーの一部を喰い込ま
せる突起状中央突条と、その左右に設けた左、右
突条を設けて、クツシヨン体をトリムカバーに接
着することによつて表面に三本の装飾用凹条を形
成してなる自動車用シートにおいて、 前記下型の中央突条はその両側に設けた左、右
突条に対してクツシヨン体の凹溝方向の高さを高
く形成してなる自動車用シートの接着成形型。
