  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力に応じて変位するダイヤフラムと、このダ
    イヤフラムに固着し圧力に応じて変位する可動電
    極と、固定電極とからなる静電容量式圧力センサ
    を備え、この静電容量式圧力センサの静電容量を
    発振回路に含み、圧力に応じて発振回路の周波数
    を変化させる圧力検出器において、 前記発振回路としてシユミツトトリガゲート回
    路を含むＣＲ発振回路を使用したことを特徴とす
    る圧力検出器。
