Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、自動車などのクツシヨンシ−ト、特
にフロントシ−トに係るものであつて、ドライバ
−の着座状態のバランスがとられ、長時間に亘つ
て疲労を感じることのないクツシヨンシ−トの先
端部、即ち、サイ部のサポ−ト高さ調整装置に関
するものである。

在としたものがあつたとしても高さの調整を容易
に出来るサポ−トではなく、シートクツシヨンと
しての構造であるので、サポ−ト性を出すにはパ
ツトを取り外してゴムバンドで調整する必要があ
つた。

シヨンシ−トのサイ部が中央部より2分割され、

れるようにする為、左右別々に起伏調整のされる
ものであつて、その起伏調整装置が、サブフレ−
ムに枢着し、サブフレ−ムの持ち上げ回動でメイ
ンンシ−トパンとのスリツト結合を摺動すること
にともない回動するセクタギヤと、該セクタギヤ
にラチエツト結合するロツクスプリングで負勢さ
れたストツパギヤと、該ストツパギヤのセクタギ
ヤとのラチエツト結合解除の為、ストツパギヤを
回転させるカム孔のある解除レバ−とによつてな
るクツシヨンシ−トのサイ部サポ−ト高さ調整装
置である。

ートクツシヨンの載置された左右のサブフレ−ム
6を別々に起伏調整させることにあつて、その構
造はセクタギヤ9、ストツパギヤ8、及び解除レ
バ−3と等よりなる。

サイ部サポ−ト高さ位置に保持される。また、サ
イ部サポ−トを下げるときは、解除レバ−3が押
下げられることによつてストツパギヤ8を回動
し、該ストツパギヤ8がセクタギヤ9から外れ、
サイ部サポ−ト2の高さを保持するラチエツト結
合が解除されてサイ部サポ−ト2の高さは元の位
置へ戻される。

に、アクセルペダルを踏込み上、右足側のサイ部
サポ−トが更に広範囲を高くすることの必要性よ
り、右足側2bのサイ部サポ−トが長く、左足側
2b′のサイ部サポ−トを短くしてなる左右別々に
起伏出来るようにする分割異形形状タイプのサイ
部シ−トクツシヨンである。そして、第4図C
は、シ−トクツシヨンの右足側コ−ナ−部2cの
みを起伏出来るようにするサイドサポ−ト起伏タ
イプである。また、第4図Dは、左右別々に起伏
調整されるサイ部サポ−ト2dがロツクレバ−L
操作によつて一体化され、左右のサイ部サポ−ト
2dをともに起伏調整する分割一体調整可能タイ
プである。

される。しかも、サイ部サポ−ト高さ調整装置が
構造簡単で、サイ部を持ち上げ操作だけで起すこ
とが出来、解除レバ−の押し下げ操作だけで元の
位置へ伏下することが出来ると云う簡単な操作
で、適宜のサイ部サポ−ト高さへの調整が容易に
出来る。

なり、サイ部がサブフレ−ム6の持ち上げ回動で
起き、解除レバ−3によるストツパギヤ8のセク
タギヤ9とのラチエツト結合解除で伏すことを特
徴とするクツシヨンシ−トのサイ部サポ−ト高さ
調整装置。
