By inserting communication cables such as optical fiber cables, which have a relatively small diameter compared to conduits, into fluid conduits, the fluid conduits can be effectively used as underground conduits, and communication networks spanning wide areas can be established. In cases where it is economically advantageous in terms of construction and equipment, without requiring overhead utility poles, supports, or underground pipes separate from the fluid conduit, the communication cable inserted and installed within the fluid conduit may be conduit. This invention relates to a structure for fixing and holding on an inner surface.

As mentioned above, the cable is laid out like a mesh over a wide area, and is inserted into a fluid conduit that is originally constructed to be highly airtight to prevent fluid leakage. In addition to the above-mentioned economic effects, this system has the advantage of protecting communication cables and ensuring accurate communication without radio wave interference due to the closed system.

どの問題があつた。 On the other hand, in the above-mentioned communication systems in which the communication cables are installed through the fluid conduits, unlike systems that use underground pipes dedicated to communication, the communication cables are affected by changes in the flow rate and flow rate of the fluid flowing in the conduits. There is a risk that the coating may sway, and such oscillations can lead to damage and even rupture of the coating. Particularly when using optical fiber cables with a small diameter, they are susceptible to damage, and their oscillating movements increase transmission loss, which can easily interfere with intended communications. Moreover, there is a possibility of fluid leaking through the communication cable, and it is also necessary to insert an expandable bag into the conduit and inflate it to shut off the fluid, or to carry out various work inside the pipe by running a pig inside the pipe. In some cases, there were problems such as communication cables getting in the way.

It is formed on the inner surface of the tube in a very strong adhesive state so as not to peel off due to vibrations, etc., and in a continuous state along the tube axis direction.

ない。 By effectively utilizing such a lining layer to securely hold the communication cable on the inner surface of the conduit, the present invention not only eliminates the need for special members and jigs for fixing the cable, but also eliminates the need for special members and jigs for fixing the cable. It is possible to omit separate work and securely and firmly fix and hold the communication cable in a state that is advantageous from an economical and construction point of view, preventing it from shaking due to changes in fluid flow velocity, etc., and from damage to the sheathing caused by this. Moreover,
Since the fixing means is through a material with excellent sealing properties such as the lining layer, fluid leakage through the communication cable can be reliably prevented, and in addition, the substantial inner surface of the lining layer can be kept in a smooth state. Because you can keep it
There is no or almost no hindrance to various pipe work due to the fluid blockage due to the bag mentioned above or the running of the pig.

After inserting the optical fiber cable 2 into the conduit 1, a liquid sealant a as a lining material is applied to the inner surface of the conduit 1 in a continuous ring shape in the tube axis direction via a pig 9 and hardened to form a lining layer 3. By doing so, the optical fiber cable 2 is fixed in a state where a part of its peripheral wall is exposed inside the pipe as shown in FIG. 1, by adhering it to the inner surface of the conduit 1, or, as shown in FIG. By embedding the optical fiber cable 2 in the lining layer 3, it is fixedly held on the inner surface of the conduit 1. Of these, the one shown in FIG. 8(b) is more advantageous for shutting off fluid by means of a gas bag and for working inside a pipe by running a pig inside the pipe.
