Claims (1)
- ヒータと、熱伝導体と、温度検出器と、前記温
度検出器から温度を制御する温度制御部からなる
ホツトプレートに於いて、前記ヒータと前記熱伝
導体表面の間に、空間を設け、ヒータから離れる
にしたがい、前記空間を小さくしてゆくのを特徴
とするホツトプレート構造。
