部材間に配設され、これら両回転部材の相対回転
により作動して両回転部材をトルク伝達可能に連
結する摩擦係合力を発生させるとともに付与され
る推力に応じて摩擦係合力を増減させる摩擦クラ
ツチおび前記両回転部材の相対回転に応じた粘性
抵抗力を発生させる粘性抵抗力発生手段、同粘性
抵抗力発生手段にて発生する粘性抵抗力に応じて
相対回転する一対のカムメンバーとこれら両者の
カム両間に介装されて両カムメンバーを互に離間
すべく作用するカムフオロアを有する推力変換手
段を備え、前記両カムメンバーの少なくとも一方
のカムメンバーを、カム面を有するカム形成部材
と同カム形成部材が嵌合される凹所を有するカム
ボデー部材とにより構成し、前記カム形成部材を
弾性部材を介して前記カムボデー部材の凹所に嵌
