て、成形品の相違によるキヤビテイ及びコアの形
状変化に関係なく、カセツト型として汎用し得る
ようにしたものである。

孔に向つて板外側面から複数の温調用小孔を穿孔
したカセツトキヤビテイ嵌着板(固定側)と、該
板下面に相対設置する、方形等の厚肉板平面に1
個乃至複数個のカセツトコア嵌合孔を貫設すると
共に、該嵌合孔に向つて板外側面から複数の温調
用小孔を穿孔したカセツトコア嵌着板(可動側)
と、該板を支持するスペーサブロツクと、該ブロ
ツク間に設置する、板上面に1個乃至複数個のカ
セツトリターンプレート嵌合凹部を陥設すると共
に該凹部底面若しくは該底面と可動取付板に複数
個のリターンガイド基部緩挿孔を穿設したリター
ンプレートと、最下位の可動側取付板とから成る
ベースBを設ける一方、 下面に任意のキヤビテイを形成するキヤビテイ
プツシユとバツクプレートを2者一体的に固着し
て若しくは当初から2者を一体物として設けたカ
セツトキヤビテイと、上面に任意のコアを形成す
るコアブツシユとバツクプレートを2者一体的に
固着して若しくは当初から2者を一体物として設
けたカセツトコアと、適宜位置にリターンガイド
を緩挿樹立し、該ガイド先端を上記カセツトコア
のコアブツシユ底部に螺合固着するカセツトリタ
ーンプレートとからなるカセツト型Cを設け、 上記カセツトキヤビテイ及びカセツトコアに、
温調用回路を、各々に形成する任意のキヤビテイ
及びコアの温調に適した位置であり、かつまた、
カセツトキヤビテイ嵌着板及びカセツトコア嵌着
板に予じめ穿孔した複数の温調用小孔の何れかに
連通する位置に形成すると共に、リターンガイド
を、コアブツシユ底部に加わる射出圧力等に耐久
するに適した位置であり、かつまた、リターンプ
レート若しくはリターンプレートと可動側取付板
に予じめ穿孔した複数のリターンガイド基部緩挿
孔の何れかに合致する位置で、その先端をコアブ
ツシユ底部に螺合固着すると共に基部をカセツト
リターンプレートのリターンガイド基部緩挿孔に
緩挿し、該リターンガイドでカセツトリターンプ
レートをカセツトコアに連結し、 上記のように設けたカセツト型Cを、ベースB
のカセツトキヤビテイ嵌合孔にカセツトキヤビテ
イを、カセツトコア嵌合孔にカセツトコアを、ま
たカセツトリターンプレート嵌合凹部にカセツト
リターンプレートを各々着脱自在に嵌着して、ベ
ースB側の温調用小孔の何れかとカセツト型C側
の温調用回路を連通形成すると共に、先端をコア
ブツシユ底部に螺着したリターンガイドの基部を
リターンガイド基部緩挿孔の何れかに緩挿してそ
の底面を可動側取付板面若しくは可動側プランテ
ン面で受け止めるように構成した、射出成形用カ
セツト金型。 2 方形等の厚肉板平面に1個乃至複数個のカセ
ツトキヤビテイ嵌合孔を貫設すると共に、該嵌合
孔に向つて板外側面から複数の温調用小孔を穿孔
したカセツトキヤビテイ嵌着板(固定側)と、該
板下面に相対設置する、方形等の厚肉板平面に1
個乃至複数個のカセツトコア嵌合孔を貫設すると
共に、該嵌合孔に向つて、板外側面から複数の温
調用小孔を穿孔したカセツトコア嵌着板(可動
側)と、該板を支持するスペーサブロツクと、該
ブロツク間に設置する、板上面に1個乃至複数個
のカセツトリターンプレート嵌合凹部を陥設する
と共に該凹部底面若しくは該底面と可動取付板に
複数個のリターンガイド基部緩挿孔を穿設したリ
ターンプレートと、最下位の可動側取付板とから
成るベースBと、 キヤビテイ及び温調用回路等の形成加工をして
いない状態の、キヤビテイブツシユとバツクプレ
ートを2者一体的に固着して若しくは当初から2
者を一体物として設けたカセツトキヤビテイ素材
と、コア、温調用回路、リターンガイド螺着及び
エジエクターピン嵌挿孔等の形成加工をしていな
い状態の、コアブツシユとバツクプレートを2者
一体的に固着して若しくは当初から2者を一体物
として設けたカセツトコア素材と、リターンガイ
ド及びエジエクターピン等の設置加工をしていな
い状態の、カセツトリターンプレート素材とから
なる、1個乃至複数個のカセツト型素材C′とを組
とした、射出成形用カセツト金型構成用のカセツ
ト金型ユニツト。
