Abstract

PURPOSE:To position a guide groove to a place where printing is desired, make possible the printing process only by manual linear tracing and prevent the line from being misaligned and running obliquely when it is fed, by using a set of four longitudinal guides and four grooved long plates to form a marking. CONSTITUTION:Four guides 14 are fixed with fixing screws 16 to form a paper guide of free size. Further, a marking 15 is formed on a single longitudinal guide 14. The upper and lower guides 14 are rather tightly fitted together. A groove 19 provided on a grooved long plate 17 is formed to the width of a boss part 18 of a printer. To achieve this operation, the guide 14 is fixed with screws 16 by fitting it to the external shape of printing paper. Then the grooved longitudinal plate 17 for determining a run position is fitted to the marking 15 and the boss 18 of the printer is fitted to the grove part 19. After this, printing can be performed at a fixed position by manual linear tracing. In this way, a single circuit is printed, then the grooved long plate 17 is moved to a next marking position 15. In addition, no line misalignment or oblique run occurs by allowing a manual printer to trace the line once. This flawless printing is well comparable with the previous printing free from such an error.

The above-mentioned manual printer has the drawback that when printing beyond the width of the printer, the printer must be moved left and right by hand more than once, resulting in misalignment and skewed printing. An object of the present invention is to provide a manual printer guide mechanism that does not cause misalignment or skew during such printing.

The manual printer guide mechanism of the present invention guides a printer that has a roller that rotates by manually tracing the location where you want to print, a ribbon feed system that rotates in synchronization with this roller, and a circuit that synchronously applies pulses to the print head. a screw for fixing the longitudinal guides, and a grooved long plate for determining the running position of the printer, and markings on at least some of the four longitudinal guides. It is constructed by administering. [Example] Next, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a manual printer used in the present invention, and FIG. 2 (a>.(b) is a sectional view taken along the line A-A and B-B in FIG. 1, respectively. As shown in Figure 1 and Figures 2 (a) and (b), the manual printer used in the present invention includes a thermal transfer type print head 2, a roller 1, a booby 3, and a belt as a ribbon feed system. 4, Booli 5 and ribbon take-up roller 6
, a ribbon feed roller 7, a friction feed 13, an ink ribbon 12, and an encoder 8 as a printing control system.
It consists of a sensor 9, a control circuit 10, and a power supply 11, and this structure is almost the same as the conventional example.

As shown in FIG. 3, the outer shape of the guide mechanism in this embodiment is determined by four longitudinal guides 14. That is, by fixing the four guides 14 with the fixing screws 16, a paper guide of any size can be formed. Also, one longitudinal guide 4 is marked 15.
is formed, and serves as a guide for positioning the long plate 17, which is shaped like a ring 19 and slides while tightly fitting into the upper and lower guides 14. The groove 19 in the long plate 17 is shaped to match the width of the boss portion 18 of the printer shown in FIG.

次に、このガイド機構の動作について説明する。Next, the operation of this guide mechanism will be explained.

First, align the guide 14 with the outline of the printing paper and screw 1.
Fix it at 6. Then, the grooved long plate 17 for traveling positioning is aligned with the marking 15, and the boss 18 of the printer is aligned with the groove 19. After that, by manually tracing, it is possible to print at a fixed position. That is, when the roller 1 rotates, the pulley 3 coaxial with the roller 1 transmits the rotation to the pulley 5 via the belt 4, and the ribbon take-up roller 6 rotates the friction feed 13, so that the ink ribbon 12 is rotated.
Wind up. On the other hand, when the rotational speed of the roller 1 is detected by the encoder 8 and sensor 9 arranged coaxially with the roller 1, the control circuit 10 controls the print head 2 in synchronization with the rotation of the roller 1.
A pulse current is passed through the dots to be printed to generate heat, melting the ink on the ink ribbon 12 and transferring it to the printing object to perform printing.

In this way, after printing one circuit, the grooved long plate 1
By moving the mark 7 to the next marking position 15 and moving the manual printer once, printing can be performed without any deviation or skew compared to the previous printing.

As explained above, the manual printer guide mechanism of the present invention uses a four-piece longitudinal guide and a grooved long plate,
By marking the shape of the marking, you can print the size of the printing object without being limited by the width of the printer by simply aligning the guide groove to the place you want to print and tracing it manually.
Because it aligns with the guide groove, it has the effect of preventing misalignment and skewing during line breaks.
