第1図および第2図は本考案の実施例に係り、
第1図はころがり軸受の固定構造を示す断面図で
あり、第2図はころがり軸受の内輪の側端面を示
す正面図である。また、第3図は従来例に係り、
ころがり軸受の固定構造を示す断面図である。 図における符号1……軸、1a……段部端面、
2……ころがり軸受、3……内輪、3a……端面
、4……押圧部材、10……突出部である。なお
、図中の同一符号は、互いに同一もしくは相当す
る部品、部分を示している。
第1図はころがり軸受の固定構造を示す断面図で
あり、第2図はころがり軸受の内輪の側端面を示
す正面図である。また、第3図は従来例に係り、
ころがり軸受の固定構造を示す断面図である。 図における符号1……軸、1a……段部端面、
2……ころがり軸受、3……内輪、3a……端面
、4……押圧部材、10……突出部である。なお
、図中の同一符号は、互いに同一もしくは相当す
る部品、部分を示している。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 小径部と大径部と小径部から大径部に連なる大
径部の段部端面とよりなる軸の前記小径部に圧入
されたころがり軸受の内輪を、前記軸の大径部の
段部端面と前記軸の小径部に装着された押圧部材
とによつて軸の軸線方向に沿つて押圧固定してな
るころがり軸受の固定構造において、 前記内輪の少なくとも前記軸の大径部の段部端
面に当接する側の端面に、押圧動作に伴つて前記
段部端面に食い込む突出部を全周にわたつて形成
したことを特徴とするころがり軸受の固定構造。
