2. Description of the Related Art In general, article storage containers used in production lines are relatively large, measuring 1 to 2 meters, and are simultaneously molded integrally from synthetic resin. For this reason, if you want to prepare, for example, three types of containers with different sizes, you not only have to prepare three types of molds for molding, but also have to mold the inner circumferential surface of the container into a tapered shape for cutting purposes. In the case of a long container, the product may warp.

In order to eliminate the above defects,
As shown in Publication No. 41142, a structure in which the container is divided into two parts, joined at the center, and fixed by a connecting member has also been proposed, but in this case, the joined ends of the two parts are simply connected. Since the joints are connected by connecting plates and screws, the structure is complicated and assembly is troublesome, and the volume cannot be changed.

Structure of the device In this device, two end components forming both ends and at least one intermediate component forming an intermediate portion are formed separately from synthetic resin, and the end surfaces of each component are mutually connected. In an article storage container constructed by joining, a vertically extending reinforcing rib is formed on the outer surface of the side wall of the joint end of one component member to be joined to each other, an engagement hole is provided in the reinforcing rib, and the other component member is joined to each other. A first engagement protrusion is provided at the joint end of the component so as to be able to fit into the engagement hole, and a second engagement protrusion abuts along the inner surface of the side wall of the joint end of the component. In addition, an engaging recess is provided on the upper surface of the bottom wall end of the joining end of one of the component members that are joined to each other, and an engaging recess is provided in the bottom wall joining end of the other component member. The gist thereof is to provide an engaging tongue piece that engages with each other, and further to provide a connecting means for connecting each of the constituent members to each other.

Next, a description will be given of a connection structure in which the aforementioned constituent members 2 to 5 are tightened and fixed in a mutually meshed state. As shown in FIG. Fitting tubes 20 are integrally formed at each location, while the intermediate component 4
Fitting tubes 20 similar to the aforementioned fitting tube 20 are integrally formed at the ends of the left and right side walls 6 and 7, and within these fitting tubes 20 is a cylindrical metal position regulating tube 21. are fitted into the fitting tubes 20 which are joined in correspondence with each other as shown in FIG. We are making it possible to regulate the An insertion hole 20b is provided at the bottom of the fitting tube 20, through which the connecting rod 22 can be inserted. Similarly, the above-mentioned fitting tubes 20 are formed at the joint ends of the intermediate part constituent members 4 and 5 and at the joint ends of the intermediate part constituent member 5 and the end part constituent member 3, respectively. 1, the connecting rod 22 is inserted into the insertion hole 20b of the fitting cylinder 20 and the position regulating cylinder 21, and
By inserting the male threaded portions 22a formed at both ends of the connecting rod 22 into the insertion holes 11a formed in the vertical reinforcing ribs 11 of the end portion component 2, and screwing the nuts 23 into the male threaded portions 22a, each component 2 ~

In this way, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pair of end component members 2, 3, the pair of intermediate component members 4,
5 to each other, and the connecting rod 22
Since each component member 2 to 5 is tightened and fixed to each other by a nut 23, each component member 2 to 5 is
A total of four cases: one in which all of the intermediate part constituent members 4 and 5 are used, two cases in which either one of the intermediate part constituent members 4 and 5 is omitted, and a case in which both middle part constituent members 4 and 5 are omitted.
In addition to being able to change the volume to one volume and use it, there is no need to manufacture multiple molding molds according to the size of the volume.
By dividing the container into 5 parts, it is easy to cut out the mold, so the inner circumferential surface of the storage container 1 does not need to be tapered, and warpage can be prevented even if the storage container is long.

In addition, when the storage container 1 is constructed by connecting these components 2, 3, and 4, the right side wall 7 and the left side wall 6 of the storage container 1 are damaged by the articles stored in the storage container 1.
Even when pressed outward, one component 2, 3,
Vertical reinforcing rib 1 provided on the outer surface of the side wall at the joint end of 4
For one engagement hole 14, the other component 2,
Since it has a double joint structure in which the first engagement protrusions 16 of 3 and 4 engage and the second engagement protrusion 17 abuts and engages along the engagement recess 15,
Even if the joint ends of the synthetic resin structural members 2, 3, and 4 expand and contract due to the pressing force, the joint structure of the joint ends remains strong even when heavy articles are stored. or,
Although the structure in which the first engagement protrusion 16 engages with the engagement hole 14 adopts a simple structure as a joining structure, it is difficult to prevent force from being applied in the vertical direction and in the inner and outer directions of the container. They can also be locked to each other on both their upper and lower surfaces, as well as on their inner and outer surfaces.

Effects of the invention As detailed above, this invention can reduce the number of types of molding molds when producing storage containers with different volumes, and because the molds are divided into multiple component parts, mold cutting is easy. There is no need to taper the inner circumferential surface of the storage container, and warpage can be prevented even if the storage container is long. Even if the right side wall and left side wall of the storage container are pressed outward by the items stored in the storage container, the engagement holes of the vertical reinforcing ribs provided on the outer surface of the side wall at the joint end of one of the components On the other hand, since the first engagement protrusion of the other component engages and the second engagement protrusion abuts and engages along the engagement recess, it has a double joint structure. Even if the joint ends of each component made of synthetic resin expand and contract due to the pressing force, the joint structure of the joint ends remains strong even when heavy articles are stored.
Furthermore, although the structure in which the first engagement protrusion engages with the engagement hole employs a simple structure as a joining structure, forces are applied in the vertical direction and in the outward and outward directions of the container. Also, both upper and lower surfaces and inner and outer surfaces can be locked to each other, and furthermore, the structure can be simplified and assembly can be easily performed, which is an excellent effect.
