In recent years, heat pump-based heating, cooling, and hot water supply systems have been installed in general households.
By the way, in a heat pump type air-conditioning/hot-water supply system, an outdoor unit such as an air heat exchanger is installed outdoors to exchange heat with the outside air, so the heating capacity may be insufficient, especially in extremely cold weather or in cold regions. Therefore, it would be convenient if a heat exchange device could be provided in addition to the outdoor air heat exchanger to supplement the capacity of the outdoor air heat exchanger. Furthermore, it would be convenient if a variety of heat exchange devices could be used and the heat exchange devices could be used depending on the weather, temperature, region, etc.

By the way, in a typical house, the air in the attic is higher in temperature than the outside air (approximately 5 degrees Celsius higher than the outside air on a clear day).
(On cloudy days, it is about 2 degrees Celsius higher), and the air under the floor is about 2 to 3 degrees Celsius higher than the outside air in the winter, and about 2 degrees Celsius lower than the outside air in the summer. Furthermore, since the temperature underground is stable throughout the year, it is particularly effective as a heat source in cold regions. Therefore, using these heat sources can also save energy.

The present invention will be described below based on examples. First, with reference to FIG. 1a, the configuration of the air conditioning, heating, and hot water supply system according to the present invention will be explained. First, a first heat exchanger (for example, a brine heat exchanger) 1 and a second heat exchanger installed outdoors (for example, an outdoor air heat exchanger) 2 are connected in parallel via solenoid valves 1a and 2a. The heat exchanger 1 for brine is connected to an absorber 3, which is a first heat collecting part, and a geothermal heat exchanger 4, which is a second heat collecting part, through a brine pump 1b. The flow paths between the vessel 1, the absorber 3, and the underground heat exchanger 4 are controlled by solenoid valves 3a and 4a, respectively.

Referring to FIG. 1c, when performing indoor cooling and hot water storage using the paired brine heat exchanger 1, when the solenoid valves 1a, 7a and 7b are opened, the heat medium coming out of the compressor 7 is valve 7a, third valve 5c of four-way valve 5,
First valve 5a, brine heat exchanger 1, solenoid valve 1a
It also passes through the solenoid valve 7b and the in-tank capacitor 8. The heat medium is combined at the expansion valve 6 and enters the compressor 7 through the indoor heat exchanger 9, the fourth valve 5d of the four-way valve, and the second valve 5b. Therefore, hot water is stored in the hot water storage tank 10 via the in-tank condenser 8, and the room can be cooled by the indoor heat exchanger 9. Although not shown, the solenoid valve 7b
If you close the solenoid valve 7a, you can only cool the room, and if you close the solenoid valve 7a, you can store hot water while cooling the room.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1d and e, the solenoid valve 1a
It is easy to understand that by closing the solenoid valve 2a and opening the solenoid valve 2a, the outdoor air heat exchanger 2 can be used for air conditioning, heating, and hot water storage. Furthermore, although not shown, by opening both the solenoid valves 1a and 2a, both the brine heat exchanger 1 and the outdoor air heat exchanger 2 can be used for heating, cooling, and hot water storage.

The outdoor unit 11 houses the above-mentioned brine heat exchanger 1, outdoor air heat exchanger 2, compressor 7, in-tank condenser 8, and the like. This outdoor unit 11 is provided with a duct so as to connect the opening under the floor of the house 12 and the outdoor air heat exchanger 2 housed in the outdoor unit 11, and rotates a fan 11a attached to the outdoor unit 11. Then, as shown by the arrow in the figure, the air from under the floor passes through the outdoor air heat exchanger 2 and is discharged. That is, as mentioned above, the efficiency of the outdoor air heat exchanger 2 increases because the air under the floor is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than the outside air.

The underground heat exchanger 4 is buried deep in the ground under the floor of the house 12, and the hot water tank 10 is installed by digging down the underfloor surface somewhat. The hot water storage tank 10 is made of a flexible member such as polyethylene terephthalate, which has the advantage that it can be folded and transported under the floor and then unfolded and installed.

The end of the roof 12a is provided with an opening provided with a louver or the like for ventilation between the attic and the outside. A roof 12b formed one step higher is provided in the center of the roof 12a (hereinafter referred to as an overhang roof). As shown in the figure, a part of the overhanging roof 12b is provided with an opening equipped with a louver or the like to prevent rainwater from entering. An absorber 3 is installed within this overhanging roof 12b, and a flow of wind is formed as shown by the arrow by natural circulation of the atmosphere. As mentioned above, the temperature in the attic is higher than the outside air throughout the year, so the heat collection efficiency of the absorber 3 is improved. Note that a fan may be attached near the absorber 3 to forcibly circulate the atmosphere.

As explained above, the air conditioning, heating, and hot water system according to the present invention includes a heat exchanger that is installed outdoors and absorbs heat from under the floor, a first heat collector that absorbs heat from the attic, and a second heat collector that absorbs heat from the ground. A heat collection section is provided, and each of the outdoor heat exchanger, the first heat collection section, and the second heat collection section is arbitrarily selected and used, and
By connecting a heat exchanger installed indoors with a hot water storage tank to perform air conditioning, heating, and hot water supply, a heat source higher than the outside air can be used, improving the efficiency of the peat pump, and improving the efficiency of the peat pump during extremely cold weather or in cold regions. By using a geothermal heat exchanger, heating capacity can be supplemented, and hot water from a hot water tank can be temporarily used as a heat source, and the heat source can be selected depending on the weather, temperature, region, etc. It has the advantage of being possible.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A heating, cooling, and hot water supply system that is installed in a house and performs heating and cooling using a heat medium, which includes a first heat collecting section for absorbing heat from outside air and a first heat collecting section for absorbing heat from underground. a first heat exchanger connected to a second heat collecting section for opening and closing the flow passages through opening/closing means for opening and closing the flow paths, a second heat exchanger installed outdoors; a switching means connected to the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger for switching the flow path of the heat medium; a compressor connected to the switching means; and a compressor connected to the switching means indoors. and a hot water storage tank connected to the switching means via a fourth heat exchanger, and the switching means connects the compressor to the first heat exchanger. a first mode for connecting at least one of the third heat exchanger and the fourth heat exchanger via the compressor; and a first mode for connecting the third heat exchanger to the second heat exchanger via the compressor. a second mode for connecting at least one of a heat exchanger and a fourth heat exchanger; and a second mode for connecting at least one of a heat exchanger and a fourth heat exchanger; a third mode in which at least one of a third heat exchanger and a fourth heat exchanger is connected to the connected first and second heat exchangers; and a third mode in which the compressor is connected to the third heat exchanger. through the fourth
An air conditioning, heating, and hot water supply system comprising a fourth mode in which a heat exchanger is connected, and configured to be able to selectively switch between the modes. 2. The air conditioning/heating/hot water system according to claim 1, wherein the first heat collecting section collects heat from attic air of a house. 3. The air-conditioning/heating/hot-water supply system according to claim 1, wherein the second heat exchanger exchanges heat with underfloor air of a house.
