排水回路と、 濾過時には、追い焚き回路の熱交換器側流路を
開成すると共にバイパス回路を閉成して濾過水を
バイパス回路に順方向に通過させ、逆洗時には、
追い焚き回路の熱交換器側流路を閉成すると共に
熱交換器側流路よりも下流側の流路を開成し、逆
洗用排水回路を閉成し、さらにバイパス回路の逆
洗用排水回路よりも逆洗時における下流側を開成
すると共に逆洗用排水回路よりも逆洗時における
上流側を閉成して熱交換器を通過した逆洗水をバ
イパス回路で逆流させて逆洗用排水回路から排水
