It is extremely difficult to use because the diameter decreases as you face it.

Also, the bellows part is extremely susceptible to damage, so it cannot be used multiple times.

The vertical part and the sloped part are arranged in a plurality of sections, and the heights of the vertical part and the sloped part are made substantially equal, and the space between the vertical part and the sloped part is bendable, and the sloped part is arranged in one step sequentially from one direction. To provide a folding cup in which the upper edge periphery is releasably sealed by airtight sealing of a film in a state in which the vertical part and the slope part are folded by inverting each part.

The section up to part 5 is defined as a generally vertical section a 2 , and the section from the third section 5 to the upper fourth section 6 is defined as a sloped section b 2 that slopes upward again and the diameter increases, as follows. Similarly, the area up to the upper surface peripheral edge 9 is constructed by alternating approximately vertical portions a and sloped portions b.

The thickness should be several times or more than the thickness of material 1. Further, the pitch and number of steps between the vertical portion and the sloped portion are appropriately selected depending on the size and material of the tip.

When the tip body 1 is placed facing upward in the circular depression 12 formed in the center of the punch 13 and the punch 13 is lowered,
The central cylindrical portion 14 of the punch 13 comes into contact with the bottom 2 of the tip body 1 and is pressed down, and when the punch 13 is further lowered, the ring ring 15 on the outer circumferential side closest to the central cylindrical portion 14 is pressed down. Press the sloped part b1 at the bottom of the main body 1, turn this sloped part b1 in a similar manner to cylindrical deep drawing in a sheet metal press, and press the die 11.
Press down until the bottom of the annular groove 18 is reached. Next, when the punch 13 is further lowered, the outer ring ring 16 of the ring ring 15 is lowered as shown in FIG. 6, and the second sloped portion b2 from the bottom is pressed down in the same manner as described above, so that the punch is narrowed.

When the sealed cup and the powder or undiluted solution 21 of any portable food such as soup, coffee, miso soup or shiruko are packaged in the pack 23 as shown in Fig. 8, it will not be bulky like conventional products. It is a portable food with a container, and like the above, it is easy to store and transport.
Also, since it can be carried in the pocket of clothing, it is effective for traveling, mountain climbing, marching, etc.

Synthetic resins having rigidity, flexibility and elongation, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, foamed polystyrene, laminate sheets of foamed polystyrene and styrene film, foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene, etc. can be used.

In addition, if the material is paper, the horizontal folds of the body part should have fine pitches and a large number of pitches, and the slope parts b 1 , b 2 ,
It is necessary to increase the inclination angle of b 3 ..., for example, the vertical parts a 1 , a 2 , a 3 ... and the slope parts b 1 , b 2 , b 3

The method also consists of folding one step at a time from one direction. The press device for folding from top to bottom is as shown in FIG. 9, and the top and bottom are turned upside down and placed on the die 22. Also,

的である。<Effects of the invention> In summary, according to the invention, the body portion of the tip body is alternately arranged with a plurality of generally vertical portions and sloped portions that are inclined upward in a direction in which the diameter increases, and the above-mentioned perpendicular The height of the vertical portion and the sloped portion are made substantially equal, and the vertical portion and the sloped portion are configured to be bendable, and the sloped portion is sequentially reversed one step at a time from one direction to form the vertical portion. The feature is that when the sloped part is fully folded, the upper edge is removably sealed by airtight sealing of the film, so the volume is extremely small, making it useful for carrying and other purposes. Unlike folding cups made of hard synthetic resin, the liquid inside the cup does not leak out from the gap in the body during use. In addition, the body part is extremely strong, so it can maintain its shape during use, and when squeezed, it will not collapse or the liquid inside will not spill out. Furthermore, since the continuous arrangement of the vertical portion and the sloped portion provides strength, it can be used multiple times, making it extremely practical, especially for portable use.
