【考案の詳細な説明】 〈考案の属する分野〉 本考案は野外等で昼、夜にわたり使用される表
示装置の視認性向上と発熱の改善に関する。

十分な電流が供給されるので、夜間の屋外使用の
際、周囲が暗いためにまぶしすぎる場合が多い。
又消費電力も夜間には上記したように液晶照明用
の発光素子が使用されるので、計器の内部温度が
上昇して信頼性に悪影響を及ぼしていた。

に分周した信号であり、CLK3はCLK2を1/2に
分周した信号である。従つてナンドゲート10の
出力は全信号がHレベルの期間にLレベルとなる
ので、Dのごとき信号が得られる。これはデユー
テイ1/8の信号である。

光素子1に電流が供給される。即ち、表示用発光
素子1への平均電流は、スイツチ6がオフの場合
の1/8となり、輝度が低下する。
