[Prior Art] As shown in Fig. 3, an automatic guided vehicle running along a production line in a factory or the like is loaded with objects such as an engine block 3l, and is mounted at each assembly station. When it reaches that point, it slows down and passes slowly. Then, a worker performs a predetermined assembly work at each assembly station, and the engine is fully operated.

3.34 is formed wider than the vehicle width, and when a worker approaches the vehicle body and performs assembly work, the rear bumper 34 may catch the worker's foot F as the automatic guided vehicle advances, making it difficult to stabilize the vehicle. There is still room for further consideration from the perspective of assembly work. This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to use a front bumper to prevent obstacles in front of the vehicle from interfering with the vehicle, and to prevent the rear bumper from interfering with the feet of workers. The objective is to provide a cargo handling vehicle that can ensure stable assembly work without interference. [A Thousand Steps to Solve the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a front bumper in the direction of travel that is wider than the width of the vehicle body, and a rear bumper that is less than the width of the vehicle body. The gist is: [Function] By adopting the above-mentioned means, the width of the moving path of the front bumper is wider than the width of the vehicle body as the vehicle moves forward, and the width of the moving path of the rear bumper is less than the width of the vehicle body. Become.

0 is arranged, and the engine part P placed on the receiving plate l1 is assembled to the engine block using the small parts. A front bumper 12 wider than the width of the frame 2 is provided at the front end of the vehicle 1, and the amount of protrusion from one side of the frame 2 toward the station is set to be the same as the amount of protrusion of the holding portion 7. Further, a rear bumper l3 is provided at the rear end of the vehicle l, and its width is equal to the width of the frame 2. The automatic guided vehicle advances on a track within the production line and passes through an assembly station at a slow speed. During this passage, the station worker assembles the bart P onto the engine block mounted on the table 4, as described above. During the assembly work, the station worker accurately selected the small parts required for the assembly work from the cassette tray 8, and approached the frame 2 of the unmanned trolley in order to quickly take out the part P from the parts shelf IO. Even when working while standing, the rear bumper 13 is the same width as the frame 2, so the rear bumper 13 will not interfere with the worker's feet F, and falls will be avoided, resulting in safe assembly. Work is guaranteed. Further, when an obstacle exists in a position that interferes with the vehicle 1 and the cassette 8 in front of the traveling path 2 of the unmanned trolley, the front bumper 12 comes into contact with this obstacle, so the vehicle 1
This prevents the cassette 8 from colliding with obstacles.
