When building a new house or expanding or renovating a house, it is relatively common to put a layer of insulation material such as glass wool on the walls and ceiling, but it is not so popular to put insulation material under the floor or roof. Installation of insulation materials in these locations has not been standardized. It is generally said that the percentage of heat that escapes from a house is 45% from the ceiling, 12% from the floor, 33% from the exterior walls, and 10% from the windows.
It is said that the rate of heat loss can be reduced by 15%, external walls by 11%, and floors by 4%.

When installing insulation material under the floor, methods have been proposed to support the insulation material, such as by stretching resin nets between floor joists, etc., or by spanning resin thin plates, but when using nets, It is necessary to use a net with a special mesh, such as making the mesh denser in the part that is attached to the joist, using a belt instead of the mesh, or using thick fibers in some areas, which poses operational problems. When used, there was a risk that the ventilation would be poor and the tatami mats and floorboards would become damp.

This idea allows for insulation to be placed under the floor and roof to further reduce the amount of heat escaping. It also standardizes the installation work for the insulation in these areas and provides sufficient installation strength to ensure stable installation. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a net for attaching a heat insulating material as an attachment aid that can simplify construction work.

In other words, the insulating material mounting net of this invention accommodates and supports a thick layer of insulating material in a hammock-like manner between structural members placed at regular intervals, such as trees under the roof of a building or floor joists. It is characterized in that it is designed so that when it is attached to the structural material with slack between the structural members, the intersection of the parallel and regularly spaced welded meshes is located at the center of the structural material. By tacking the net to the tree or joist along the intersection of the mesh, the net can be installed with even slack.
Therefore, the heat insulating material supported in a hammock-like manner by the net can also be installed evenly while keeping its layer thickness at its original effective thickness.

To explain this invention in detail together with the illustrated embodiment, FIGS. 1 and 2 are plan views showing an embodiment of the insulation material mounting net according to the invention, and are designed to be installed under the floor. The position of one joist is shown with a broken line to show the relationship. FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing an underfloor insulation mounting structure using this net.

In FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the net 1 according to the invention is made of a material that is durable and easy to handle for long-term use, such as a resin net, and is usually 900 to 1800 mm wide. A rolled net is used. 2 is the intersection point of the fused mesh forming the main part of this invention, and is shown as a parallel row pattern in FIG. The spacing between the rows of intersection points 2 of the fused mesh may be arbitrary as long as they are parallel, but the upper limit is preferably about 30.3 cm, which is the normal joist or tree installation spacing.

In Fig. 3, reference numeral 3 denotes a joist fixed on a bundle post 4, and joists 5 are attached to the joist 3 at regular intervals, for example, 30.3 cm, at intersections 2 of the parallel fused meshes. A net 1 is fixed with tackers 6 in a hammock-like manner so that the slack is uniform over the entire width, and a heat insulating material 7 is supported by the net 1 and housed between each joist 5. After this, the upper surface of the heat insulating material 7 is bonded to the floorboard 8 via adhesive,

Therefore, the heat insulating material 7 is bonded to the back surface of the floorboard 8 and is further covered by the net 1, and thus stable installation of the heat insulating material can be accomplished with light work.

The same applies to the arrangement of insulation material under the roof.In this case, the net of the present invention is fixed between the trees with parallel uniform slack, and the insulation material is placed on top of the net between the trees. All you have to do is apply an adhesive such as bond to the top of the wood, place the shedding board on top of it, and nail the shedding board to the tree.

The net for installing the insulation material of this invention is made by sagging in parallel so that the insulation material can fit between the joists or between the trees (usually 1 shaku or 30.3 cm between cores) by the thickness of the insulation material. It is fixed to a structural member such as a joist, and has intersection points 2 of parallel fused meshes to easily obtain parallel slack when fastened.

The intersection points 2 of these parallel fused meshes may have a spacing dimension that allows rough parallel bonding to parallel structural members such as joists or trees depending on the visual register. To give an example, if it is a mounting net exclusively for insulation with a thickness of 5 cm, most of the joists are approximately 30 cm apart and the joists are often 5 cm square, so the parallel spacing between the marks should be 45 cm. Of course, in this case, it is also possible to set the intersection points 2 of the mesh as marks every 5 cm, and when fixing, it is sufficient to tack the intersection points 2 fused every 9 rows to the joists.

In Figure 1, the intersection point 2 of the mesh is in one row between the joists, and if the mesh is a regular square, a square of √(45) 2 /2 ≒ 31.8cm is sufficient, and as shown in Figure 2. If there are three rows of mesh intersections between the joists, 31.8/2≒
All you need to do is design a 15.6cm grid.

As described above, according to this invention, the intersection points 2 of the meshes are fused in advance according to the spacing of the joists, etc.
Since all you have to do is fix the intersection point 2 to the structural material using the mark as a mark, the installation work of insulation material under the roof or floor becomes extremely simple, and it greatly contributes to the standardization of the insulation material. It is easier to transport and store materials by using materials, and the insulation material can be stably installed while maintaining its layer thickness over the entire surface without forcibly deforming it. Also, the intersection points 2 of the mesh are fused at various locations. The net has the advantage that it is less likely to be deformed or deteriorated by repeated loads from external forces, and the net itself is inexpensive because the structure is simple. Furthermore, since it is a net, it is convenient for dissipating condensed moisture unlike those using flat resin plates, and when used in conjunction with insulation material on the exterior walls and ceiling, an even higher insulation effect can be achieved. It is.
