Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically take way a bundle of pipes without destroying the shape thereof and enhance efficiency in a pipe packing work by pushing out the wound bundle of pipes from the position between side plates with a pressing means after winding the pipe with a winding means. CONSTITUTION:A device has a pair of side plates 21 mounted rotatably in a face-to- face relation with a fixed distance, an energizing member energizing at least one of the side plates 21 inward, a pipe winding rotary shaft 22 arranged drawably and insertably on the rotary center line of the side plate 21 between both side plates 21, and a winding means 20 having a pipe end nipper 29 provided between the front side side plate 21 and the top end part of the rotary shaft 22. The rotary shaft of the winding means is made to be in a condition inserted between both side plates, and the pipe is wound in order on the rotary center line of both side plates 21. After the completion of the winding, when the rotary shaft 22 is drawn out from both side plates 21, the bundled pipes wound on the rotary shaft 22 is pressed by the side plates 21 on both sides because of that the energizing members energize the side plates 21 inward. The pipes are, therefore, never destroyed in shape even if the rotary shaft 22 is drawn out, and for the purpose of taking the pipe bundle away, the same are thus pushed out from the side plates 21 by a pressing means 30.

(Function) According to the configuration described in claim 1, the rotating shaft of the winding means is inserted between both side plates, and the tube is sequentially wound on the rotation center line of both side plates. After winding the tube, when the rotating shaft is removed from between the side plates, the biasing member urges the side plates inwardly, so the tube bundle wound around the rotating shaft will be pulled out from between the side plates on both sides. It becomes pressed and pinched. Therefore, even if the rotating shaft is removed from between the side plates, the tube bundle remains sandwiched between the side plates. Therefore, in order to remove the tube bundle without destroying its shape, the tube bundle may be pushed out from between the side plates using a pressing means.

In general, the tube winding and unloading device (10) is equipped with a tension adjustment means (40) for adjusting the tension of the tube (80), as shown in FIG. This adjustment means (40)
is equipped with an introduction tube (41) at the bottom for the tube (80) sent out from a molding device (not shown), and rotates toward the top according to the slack of the tube (80). Therefore, in this tube winding and unloading device (10), the tube (8
0) can be fed to the winding means (20). The tube winding and take-out device (10) has a guide rail (51) with a substantially U-shaped cross section that guides the tube (80) to the tube end holding part (29) (the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3). The guide means (50) rotates in accordance with the diameter of the wound tube (80) while being balanced by the weight (52), and guides the rotating shaft side of the tube (80) from the bottom to the top. Therefore, the tube (80) is guided upwards from the tension adjustment means (40) and, after having its length accurately measured by the roller counter (55) with approximately constant tension, is guided to the guide rail (51). , guided to the tube end clamping part (29) by the guide rail (51). Therefore, this tube winding and unloading device (10) is very effective in winding up easily stretchable tubes (80) such as drain hoses.

Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments,
This can be done by installing a separate device to hold the tube end on the rotating shaft, or
It can be carried out by installing biasing members on both side plates, by using something other than a coil spring as the biasing member, by changing the shape of the side plates or rotating shaft, or by installing a tube at the tip of the rotating shaft. Appropriate changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, such as by attaching rubber or the like to prevent slippage and damage to the edges.
