By the way, this type of irrigation tube is arranged in a meandering manner between the furrows where agricultural crops are planted, and the water supplied from the water supply pipe is sprayed through a large number of irrigation holes. When watered, it often undulates, and as a result, there are areas where irrigation water is sprayed downward from the horizontal, resulting in a reduction in irrigation efficiency. Therefore, in order to avoid such inconveniences, for example, while correcting the undulation of the tube, the irrigation hole is fixed and held diagonally upward with a stopper, or the cross section of the irrigation tube is formed into a horizontal gourd shape, etc., to stabilize it. However, in the former case, installing or fixing the irrigation tube becomes troublesome;
In the latter case, there were further issues to be resolved, such as increased manufacturing costs.

Therefore, in this invention, the upper long thermoplastic film with irrigation holes is overlapped with the lower long thermoplastic film, which is thinner than this long thermoplastic film, and the edges on both sides are welded. By doing so, a tube body is formed, and the welded portions on both sides are configured as ribs for preventing rotation, thereby facilitating installation work and improving irrigation efficiency.

In this case, if a filter sheet is inserted between the upper half film and the lower half film, and each side edge of both films, including the side edge of the filter sheet, is welded to a predetermined width, water can be supplied to the irrigation tube. It can be easily filtered even if it is mixed with dirt, and
By setting the welding width between the upper half film and the filter sheet to be smaller than the welding width between the lower half film and the filtration sheet, the upper half film and the filtration sheet can always be kept apart when water is passed through the irrigation tube. A suitable filtered irrigation can be achieved.

Furthermore, if a plurality of filter sheets are interposed between the upper half film and the lower half film, and the mesh of these filter sheets is gradually set from coarse to dense from the lower half film side to the upper half film side. It becomes possible to improve filtration efficiency and durability.

In the irrigation tube according to this invention, even when the water pressure increases due to water flow and the tube becomes circular, due to the difference in thickness between the upper half film and the lower half film, the upper half film is pulled toward the lower half film, and the welded portions on both sides are separated. It is oriented diagonally downward and functions as a support on both sides, becoming a rotation-preventing rib and stabilizing the tube body.

In FIG. 1, an irrigation tube 1 according to the present invention is shown.
0 is made of a thermoplastic film such as polyethylene resin and has irrigation holes 12 perforated at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction, for example, an upper half long film 14 with a thickness of 200 microns and a width of 50 mm, and this length. Same material as Shaku Film 14, 120 microns thick.
These two films 14 and 16 are overlapped and their both side edges are welded to form a tube shape, and the welded portions on both sides are used as rotation prevention ribs 18 and 18. It consists of

In this case, the rotation prevention ribs 18, 18,
In other words, the length of the welded parts on both sides is the length of the tube-shaped main body 2.
It is preferable to set it to about 1/3 of the diameter of 0 or more.

Furthermore, if the irrigation holes 12 of the upper half film 14 are drilled using a laser oscillation device or the like instead of a die device, not only will burrs not form on the periphery of the irrigation holes 12, but the edges will be thicker, resulting in increased durability. It is preferable that the irrigation tube can be provided with functions such as spraying or dripping, since it improves the water resistance and allows holes of extremely small diameter to be drilled.

When water is passed through the irrigation tube according to the present invention constructed in this way, the lower half film 1 is heated by the water pressure.
Even if the film 6 has a substantially semicircular shape, the upper half film 14, which is set to be thicker than the lower half film 16, does not have the same semicircular shape, and the ribs 18, 18 (both side welded parts) are not the same as the lower half film 16. Even if the tube body 20 is twisted or turned, these ribs 18, 18 will support both sides of the tube body 20. Therefore, even if the irrigation hole 12 is arranged in a meandering manner in a furrow or the like, the irrigation hole 12 always faces diagonally upward, and the irrigation water can be reliably distributed. In addition, since the upper half film 14 is made thick, it is extremely resistant to tearing and damage due to water pressure applied to the periphery of the irrigation hole 12.
Furthermore, since it can sufficiently cope with deterioration caused by ultraviolet rays from the sun, it can be used stably for a long period of time.

2 and 3, a nonwoven filter sheet 22 of the same length and width is inserted between both films 14 and 16 of the irrigation tube shown in FIG. 1, and side edges 22a and 22b of this filter sheet 22 are Side edges 14a, 16a and 14 of both films 14, 16 including
This is another embodiment of the irrigation tube according to the present invention constructed by welding the upper half film 14 and the filter sheet 22 to the lower half film 16. By setting the width to be narrower than the welding width with the filter sheet 22, the upper half film 14 and the filter sheet 22 are
By ensuring that a gap A is provided between the filter and the filter, it is possible to prevent impossibility of watering and a decrease in filtration efficiency due to dirt and the like. In this case, it is preferable to use a nonwoven filter sheet 22 made of the same thermoplastic resin fiber as the film material so that the films 14 and 16 can be reliably kept liquid-tight when welded together. Needless to say.

Furthermore, FIGS. 4 and 5 show that another filter sheet 24 is inserted between the lower half film 16 and the filter sheet 22 in the irrigation tube shown in FIG. This is yet another embodiment of the irrigation tube according to the present invention, in which the mesh of the filter sheets 22 is set coarser than that of the filter sheets 22. Since dust can be sequentially separated and filtered, it is possible to improve not only filtration efficiency but also durability.

As mentioned above, according to the irrigation tube of the present invention, the ribs formed by welding on both sides of the film are directed diagonally downward as water passes through, so even if the irrigation tube is arranged in a meandering manner between furrows, etc. is always oriented diagonally upward, thus ensuring that water is sprayed in the desired direction.

In addition, since a gap can be maintained between the upper half film and the filter sheet when water is passed through, it is possible to prevent impediment of watering due to debris and a decrease in filtration efficiency.Furthermore, when using multiple filter sheets, it is possible to separate the garbage. It has various advantages such as being able to improve filtration efficiency and durability, and its practical effects are extremely large.

Although the preferred embodiment of the irrigation tube according to the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. Of course, various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, such as configuring the welding of not only the sheet and each film but also each film to be strong.
