In the conventional packaging shock absorbing device 5, a wrapping paper 9 is placed on an inner shock absorbing plate 6, a shade 3 is covered with a protective sheet 8 on the outer surface in advance, and then an outer shock absorbing plate 6 is covered. The plate 8 is configured to prevent the shade 3, which is the object to be packaged, from coming into contact with the ceiling surface of the packaging box 1. Then, with the protective sheet 8,
Contact between the synthetic resin shade 3 and the outer buffer plate 6 is eliminated to prevent scratches from occurring on the outer surface of the shade 3.

However, according to the conventional packaging shock absorbing device, the outer shock absorbing plate 6 needs to be M-shaped in order to suppress the packaged object. For this reason, together with the large amount of cardboard used to form the outer buffer plate 6, the bending to form the M-shape is the opposite in A and B in Figure 2, and the crease process is required twice. It is. Also,
It is also troublesome to apply the protective sheet 8 to the entire outer surface of the shade 3 during packaging work.

In order to achieve the above object, the packaging buffer device of the present invention includes a U-shaped buffer plate provided inside the packaging box across the packaged object, and a part of the buffer plate that accommodates the buffer plate. Another portion that contacts the outer surface of the buffer plate under tension and faces the inner surface of the buffer plate is interposed under tension between the inner surface of the buffer plate and the outer surface of the object to be packaged. It is equipped with a flexible holding part made of a tube-shaped or bag-shaped synthetic resin film that is in contact with the outer surface.

According to the characteristics of such a packaging shock absorbing device, the cushioning material and the restraining part hold down the packaged object to provide a cushioning effect, but the cushioning material and the holding part only come into contact with the packaged object. Because they do not come into contact with the packaged items and rub against each other, scratches on the packaged items can be prevented. Since the cushioning material holds down the packaged item together with the holding parts as described above, it can be formed into a U-shape instead of an M-shape as in the conventional case. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of cushioning material used compared to the conventional method, and the creases can be processed from the same side all at once, and the holding part stores the cushioning material and straddles the packaged item together with the cushioning material. Since it can be installed by simply putting it on, there is no need for the troublesome work of attaching it to the packaged item in advance.Furthermore, the holding part is attached by tension, so there is no need to fix it to the buffer plate in advance. For these reasons, the packaging buffer device can be obtained at low cost. Moreover,
Since the holding part is taut and tightly presses the object to be packaged from three directions, on both sides and above, it has a high cushioning effect against impact on the object to be packaged.

Next, the packaging of the fluorescent light fixture will be explained.
First, the end buffer members 14 are stored at both longitudinal ends of the packaging box 13 in an open state, and the chassis 11 is stored between these members 14, 14.
Next, an inner buffer plate 18 is provided on the chassis 11, and the shade 12 is placed on the buffer plate 18 with a wrapping paper 19 interposed therebetween. Thereafter, the buffer plate 16 is housed in the restraining part 17 as shown in FIG. 3, and then the packaging buffer device 15 is put into the packaging box 13 while covering the shade 12. As a result, a part of the holding part 17 located between the outer surface of the shade 12 and the inner surface of the buffer plate 18 is removed from the shade 12.
As the holding member 17 is pushed up, the holding member 17 is gradually tensed and finally comes into strong contact with the outer surface of the shade 12 and also with the outer surface of the buffer plate 16. This state is shown in FIG. 4, and the outer surface of the shade 12 is held apart from the buffer plate 16. After the above, by closing the packaging box 13, the lid presses and holds the packaging buffer device 15, and packaging is completed.

Therefore, the outer surface of the shade 12 is the buffer plate 16.
Since there is no rubbing against each other, there is no possibility of scratches. Similarly, the inner surface of the shade 12 is also prevented from coming into contact with the inner buffer plate 18 by the wrapping paper 19. Further, since the restraining part 17 of the packaging shock absorbing device 15 can be handled together with the shock absorbing plate 16, there is no need to attach it to the shade 12 in advance, which helps to facilitate the packaging work. Further, since the buffer plate 16 is U-shaped, the amount of constituent material used is small, and creases can be easily obtained by processing one side at a time. Moreover, since the restraining part 17 is attached to the buffer plate 16 by applying tension, there is no need to fix the restraining part 17 to the buffer plate 16 in advance. Furthermore, when a plurality of packaging shock absorbers 15, 15 are used as in the present embodiment, it is not necessary to cover the entire shade as in the conventional case with the suppressing parts 17, and only the parts where the buffer plates 16 are provided are provided. Since it can be provided together with the buffer plate 16, the amount of material used for forming the restraining part 17 can be reduced, which further helps in reducing costs. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the opposite end of the buffer plate 16 is connected to the packaging box 13.
Since the holding part 17 is configured to be located close to the bottom surface of the shade 12, the holding part 17 not only contacts the outer surface of the upper wall of the shade 12, but also conforms to the shape of both outer surfaces of the shade 12, thereby holding the shade 12 up to 3. They are held close together to keep them in check. Therefore, the buffering effect can be further enhanced.

Although the above-mentioned embodiment is configured as described above, in the present invention, the restraining component may be in the shape of a bag. Furthermore, the packaging buffer device may have a size that covers almost the entire object to be packaged, and the object to be packaged is not limited to the above-mentioned lighting equipment. In addition, when implementing the present invention, unless it is contrary to the gist of the invention, specific structures such as buffer plates, restraining parts, etc.
Of course, the shape, material, etc. are not limited to the one embodiment described above, and can be configured and implemented in various ways.

The gist of the present invention described above is the structure described in the scope of the above-mentioned utility model registration claims. Therefore, since a part of the tube-shaped or bag-shaped restraining component made of synthetic resin film is interposed between the buffer plate and the object to be packaged, scratches on the object to be packaged can be prevented. Since the buffer plate and the holding parts can suppress and cushion the packaged items, the buffer plate can be formed into a U-shape, and even though there is no need to fix the holding parts to the buffer plate in advance, the packing material can be held down and cushioned. Since the holding parts can be handled and are easy to handle, an inexpensive packaging shock absorbing device can be constructed.Furthermore, the holding parts are taut and contact the packaged item from three directions, on both sides and above, to firmly hold it down. , it has effects such as a high buffering effect against shocks to the packaged items.
