ても自在に装着し易く、小型コイル自体の組立て
及び量産が容易であると共に信頼性の高い製品を
得ようとするものである。

ことにより形成されている。又、第6図に示すよ
うにドラム形コア16にコイル17を巻回し、外
周端面に外方に向けた切り起こし部18,18を
有する湾曲状磁性合金材19をドラム形コア16
の周側面の互いに対向する位置に密着固定し、こ
の対向する磁性合金材19のギヤツプ20よりコ
イルリード21,21を引出し磁性合金材19の
側端部22にコイルリード21,21をハンダ付
等により接続固定し、電気回路を構成している。
この小型コイルは磁性合金材19の端面の切り起
こし部18,18をプリント回路接続部としてい
る。

ア部材12,12の突合わせ構造のため、性能上
突合わせ面の精度も必要となりコスト的に高価と
なる。

程作業が困難となり生産性も悪く、コスト的にも
高価となるものであつた。

ラム型コア1を磁性合金材6の内径寸法bをドラ
ム型コア1の端面外径aより小径(a>b)に仕
上げ磁性合金材6の内径寸法bをドラム型コア1
の端面外径aよりも広げて(a<bの関係)挿入
嵌合を行い、磁性合金材6の復元力を利用し、ド
ラム型コア1の端面側へ加圧しギヤツプ部7より
接着剤等で固定されている。この完成品の断面図

の寸法cを任意に設定することにより復元力の調

し信頼性が高い等の優れた効果を有する。
